Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan: (1) Pengaruh Tacit Knowledge terhadap kinerja karyawan; (2) Pengaruh Explicit Knowledge terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) Pengaruh tacit knowledge terhadap kebijakan kompensasi; (4) Pengaruh explicit knowledge terhadap kebijakan kompensasi; (5) Pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap kebijakan kompensasi. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di Hotel Zam Zam yang letaknya di Kota Wisata Batu. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 50 orang karyawan Hotel Zam Zam. Penelitian ini menggunakan penarikan Sampel Jenuh / Sampel Populasi, yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu 50 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tacit Knowledge berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; (2) Explicit Knowledge berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan; (3) Tacit Knowledge berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Kompensasi; (4) Explicit Knowledge berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Kompensasi; (5) Kinerja Karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Kompensasi.

English Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and explain: (1) The influence of Tacit Knowledge on the employee performance; (2) The influence of Explicit Knowledge on the employee performance; (3) The influence of Tacit Knowledge on the compensation policy; (4) The influence of Explicit Knowledge on the compensation policy; (5) The influence of employee performance on the compensation policy. The research is conducted in Hotel Zam Zam, located in Kota Batu. The population of the research is 50 employees of Hotel Zam Zam. This research uses saturated sampling / population sampling, with the whole population of 50 people as the sample. Questionnaires were used to obtain the data. The research results show that: (1) Tacit knowledge significantly influences employee performance; (2) Explicit knowledge significantly influences employee performance; (3) Tacit knowledge significantly influences compensation policy; (4) Explicit knowledge significantly influences compensation policy; (5) Employee performance significantly influences compensation policy.
