Abstract
Lupus adalah penyakit autoimun inflamasi kronis yang manifestasi klinisnya belum jelas dan dapat mempengaruhi semua jaringan dan organ dalam tubuh. Dengan adanya eksaserbasi dan remisi lupus yang muncul dapat menyebabkan berkurangnya aktualisasi diri pasien lupus. Mayoritas pasien lupus pada yayasan ini adalah wanita dengan usia produktif yang tidak aktif bekerja atau berwirausaha. Akibatnya pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar secara holistik (biologi, psikologi, sosial budaya, spiritual, dan ekonomi) seseorang dapat terhambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendampingan kewirausahaan terhadap tingkat aktualisasi diri pasien lupus di Yayasan Kupu Parahita Indonesia. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental murni melalui pendekatan pretest-posttest design. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdapat kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol sebanyak 32 responden dengan rincian pada masing-masing kelompok terdapat 16 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner Short Index of Self-Actualization (SISA). Kuesioner diberikan secara online dengan bantuan grup dan telfon whatsapp oleh peneliti. Intervensi yang diberikan berupa pendampingan kewirasahaan secara online melalui zoom meeting. Intervensi sebanyak 4 kali dalam satu bulan dan akan diberikan pendanaan serta pemantauan hasil usaha. Hasil pada kedua kelompok menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test didapatkan nilai yaitu pvalue= 0.000. Sedangkan hasil uji Mann Whitney antara kedua kelompok yaitu sebesar p-value=0.001. Kesimpulan hasil didapatkan bahwa ada pengaruh pendampingan kewirausahaan terhadap tingkat aktualisasi diri pasien lupus di Yayasan Kupu Parahita Indonesia.
English Abstract
Lupus was a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease whose clinical manifestations were not yet clear and could affect all tissues and organs in the body. With the exacerbation and remissions of lupus that appears could cause reduced self-actualization of lupus patients. The majority of lupus patients on this foundation were women of productive age who were not actively working or entrepreneurship. As a result, holistic fulfilments of basic needs (biological, psychological, socio-cultural, spiritual, and economic) one could be hampered. This study aims to found out the influence of entrepreneurial mentoring on the level of self-actualization of lupus patients at Yayasan Kupu Parahita Indonesia. This research design used purely experimental methods through a pretest-posttest design approach. The sample in this study contained a treatment group and a control group of 32 respondents with details in each group there were 16 respondents. The research instrument used the Short Index of Self-Actualization (SISA) questionnaire. Questionnaires were given online with the help of groups and whatsapp phone calls by researchers. Intervention provided in the form of online entrepreneurship assistance through zoom meeting. Intervention as many as four times in one month and would be given funding and monitoring of business results. Results in both groups using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test were obtained a value of p-value = 0.000. Mann Whitney's test results between the two groups amounted to p-value=0.001. The conclusion results obtained that there was an influence of entrepreneurial mentoring on the level of self-actualization of lupus patients at Yayasan Kupu Parahita Indonesia.
