Abstract
Pandemi COVID-19 adalah peristiwa menyebarnya penyakit koronavirus pada akhir tahun 2019 yang terjadi di seluruh dunia untuk semua negara. Kebijakan pemerintah dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19 memberikan efek samping menurunnya kegiatan perekonomian pada hampir semua sektor, termasuk sektor usaha peternakan broiler. Peternakan broiler mandiri banyak yang gulung tikar karena terdampak oleh kebijakan tersebut, namun masih ada peternakan broiler dengan pola kemitraan yang bertahan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha Peternakan Broiler Suciati Farm di Kecamatan Panjalu Kabupaten Ciamis dengan menggunakan analisis finansial biaya total produksi, penerimaan, keuntungan, pendapatan, deplesi, FCR, BEP, dan IP. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2021 sampai dengan bulan September 2021 di Suciati Farm Ciamis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dan metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan pengamatan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer dari Suciati Farm dan data sekunder. Data yang dianalisis adalah total biaya produksi, total penerimaan, pendapatan, keuntungan, BEP, deplesi, FCR, dan IP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total biaya produksi terbesar terjadi pada periode ke-6 sebesar Rp. 1.724.525.226 dan terendah pada periode ke-3 sebesar Rp. 1.320.409.800. Total penerimaan terbesar pada periode ke-6 yaitu sebesar Rp. 1.824.778.630 dan terendah pada periode ke- 3 sebesar Rp. 1.359.846.619. Pendapatan terbesar pada periode ke-6 sebesar Rp. 97.747.068 dan terendah pada periode ke-1 dikarenakan rugi sebesar Rp. 25.479.704. BEP harga terbesar pada periode ke-5 sebesar Rp. 20.512/kg dan terendah pada periode ke-2 sebesar Rp. 17.777/kg. BEP Unit terbesar pada periode ke-1 sebesar 87.141,82 kg dan terendah pada periode ke-3 sebesar 71.326,86 kg. Deplesi terbanyak pada periode ke-6 sebesar 5,388% dan terendah pada periode ke-4 sebesar 2,445%. FCR terbaik terjadi pada periode ke-4 sebesar 1,403 dan kurang pada periode ke-2 sebesar 1,595. IP terbaik terjadi pada periode ke-6 sebesar 392,7 dan terendah pada periode ke-3 sebesar 329,7. Hasil analisis selama 6 periode menunjukkan bahwa Usaha Peternakan Broiler Suciati Farm mendapatkan keuntungan. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah total biaya produksi tertinggi pada periode 6 dan paling rendah periode 3, penerimaan tertinggi pada periode 6 dan terendah pada periode 3, pendapatan tertinggi pada periode 6 dan terendah periode 1, BEP harga tertinggi pada periode 5 dan terendah periode 2, BEP unit tertinggi pada periode 1 dan terendah pada periode 3, deplesi tertinggi pada periode 6 dan terendah pada periode 4, FCR terbaik pada periode 4 dan kurang baik pada periode 2, dan IP terbaik pada periode 6 dan kurang baik pada periode 3.
English Abstract
Suciati broiler farm is one of the farms that has survived from the pandemic COVID-19. The Purpose of study was to determine financial analysis of the Suciati Broiler Farm in Panjalu District, Ciamis Regency during the pandemic COVID-19. The research was conducted from August 2021 to September 2021 at Suciati Farm Ciamis. The research method used is a case study and data were collected by using questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data from Suciati Farm. The data were analyzed for total production cost, total revenue, income, profit, BEP, depletion, FCR, and IP. The results showed that the largest total production costs occurred in the 6th period of IDR. 1.724.525.226 and the lowest in the 3rd period of IDR. 1.320.409.800. The largest total revenue in the 6th period was IDR. 1.824.778.630 and the lowest in the 1st period of IDR. 208.868.211. The biggest income in the 6th period was IDR. 97.747.068 and the lowest in the 5th period was loss IDR. 18.621.483. The biggest price BEP in the 5th period was IDR. 20.512/kg and the lowest in the second period of IDR. 17.777/kg. The largest BEP unit in the 1st period was 87.141.82 kg and the lowest in the 3rd period was 71.326,86 kg. The highest depletion was in the 6th period of 5.388% and the lowest was in the 4th period of 2.445%. The best FCR occurred in the 4th period of 1,403 and less in the 2nd period of 1,595. The best IP occurred in the 6th period of 392,7 and the lowest in the 3rd period of 329,7.
