Abstract

Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) merupakan tempat sarana dalam komunikasi dalam hal pemilihan umum, di dalam KPU terdapat ruangan khusus yang dinamakan Rumah Pintar Pemilu yang ditujukan sebagai sarana dalam melakukan pendidikan kususnya pada pemilih pemula. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan, dan menganalisa terkait dengan Analisis Peran Rumah Pintar Pemilu Berbasis Digital Terhadap Pentingnya Sarana Komunikasi Dalam Pendidikan Pemilih Pemula (Studi Pada Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Kediri. Serta untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan, dan menganalisa faktor pendukung dan penghambat Rumah Pintar Pemilu Berbasis Digital di KPU Kabupaten Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kualitatif, terdapat dua fokus penelitian yaitu (1) Peran Rumah Pintar Pemilu Berbasis Digital Terhadap Pentingnya Sarana Komunikasi dalam pendidikan pemilih pemula (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat Rumah Pintar Pemilu. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data model interaktif Miles dan Huberman dengan tahapan kondensi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Peran Rumah Pintar Pemilu berbasis digital yaitu sebagai wadah para pemilu untuk melakukan pendidikan pemilih. Sasaran terhadap Rumah Pintar Pemilu adalah Pemilih Pemula yang baru berusia 17 tahun/ baru mempunyai hak dalam memilih. Dan di dalam Rumah Pintar Pemilu di lengkapi beberapa layar monitor layar sentuh, yang di dalam monitor tersebut terdapat semua data tentang pemilu supaya para pemilih pemula lebih tertarik dalam melakukan pendidikan pemilih. Faktor pendukung dalam Rumah Pintar Pemilu yaitu dengan adanya Sumber Daya Manusia yang cukup dan memadai, dan mempunyai sarana dan prasarana yang cukup lengkap dalam menunjang Rumah Pintar Pemilu berbasis Digital. Faktor penghambatnya yaitu dengan adanya covid-19 semua kegiatan mengenai Rumah Pintar Pemilu menjadi terhambat.

English Abstract

The General Election Commission (KPU) is a place for communication in terms of general elections, inside the KPU there is a special room called the Election Smart House which is intended as a means of conducting education especially for novice voters. The purpose of this study is to find out, describe, and analyze related to the Analysis of the Role of Digital-Based Election Smart Houses on the Importance of Communication in Beginner Voter Education (Studies on the General Election Commission (KPU) of Kediri Regency. And to find out , describe, and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Smart House for the Digital-Based Election in the Kediri Regency KPU. This study uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach, there are two research focuses, namely (1) the role of the Digital-Based Election Smart House on the Importance of Communication Facilities in beginner voter education (2) the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Election Smart House. The data analysis used is the Miles and Huberman interactive model data analysis with the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. Based on the research results, the role of the digital-based Election Smart House is as a forum for elections to conduct voter education. The target for the Election Smart House is the novice voters who are only 17 years old/newly have the right to vote. And the Election Smart House is equipped with several touch screen monitors, in which the monitor contains all the data about the election so that novice voters are more interested in voter education. The supporting factor in the Election Smart House is the presence of sufficient and adequate Human Resources, and having sufficient complete facilities and infrastructure to support the Digital-based Election Smart House. The inhibiting factor is that with the Covid-19 all activities regarding the Election Smart House have been hampered.
