Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Flexibel Working Arrangement Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui variabel Stres Kerja selama masa Pandemic Covid-19 pada karyawan Po Pandawa 87 Cabang Malang. Variabel yang diteliti yaitu Flexibel Working dan Kinerja Karyawan yang melalui Stres Kerja sebagai variable intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan team management PO Pandawa 87 Cabang Malang yang berjumlah total 60 karyawan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 22 karyawan yang diperoleh dengan teknik Teknik pengambilan sampling jenuh. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner lalu menggunakan teknik Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Flexible Works Arrangment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja. Flexible Works Arrangment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Stress Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Nilai adjusted R2 sebesar 0,280. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa flexible working arrangement memberikan kontribusi sebesar 28% kepada kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya tidak termasuk pada model penelitian ini dengan persentase 72%.

English Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of flexible work on employee performance through the variable work stress during the Covid-19 pandemic on employees of Po Pandawa 87 Malang Branch. The variables studied were Flexible Work and Employee Performance through Job Stress as an intervention variable. The population in this study were employees of the management team of PO Pandawa 87 Malang Branch, totaling 60 employees. The research sample was 22 employees obtained by using saturated sampling technique. Data retrieval using a questionnaire technique and then using the Path Analysis technique. The results showed that Flexible Works Arrangement had a significant effect on work stress. Flexible Works Arrangement has a significant effect on employee performance. Work stress has a significant effect on employee performance. The adjusted R2 value is 0.280. Thus, it can be concluded that the flexible working arrangement contributes 28% to employee performance, while the rest is not included in this research model with a percentage of 72%.
