Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menguji : 1) Pengaruh Role Conflict, Role ambiguity, dan Role overload Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional , 2) Pengaruh Role Conflict, Role ambiguity, dan Role overload Terhadap Self Efficacy, 3) Pengaruh Role Conflict, Role ambiguity, dan Role overload Terhadap Kinerja Perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Saiful Anwar Malang dengan dimediasi Komitmen Organisasional dan Self Efficacy. Responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di Istalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD dr.Saiful Anwar Malang. 80 (100%) respon perawat atas kuesioner yang disusun untuk mengukur variabel-variabel yang ada dianalisis. Variabel role conflict terhadap komitmen organisasional dan self efficacy adalah tidak signifikan. Variabel role ambiguity dan Variabel role overload terhadap komitmen organisasional dan self efficacy adalah signifikan. Hasil temuan penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor stressor sering menimbulkan masalah bagi perawat. Selain dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang ada dalam diri individu, kontribusi stressor (role ambiguity, role conflict, dan role overload) terhadap kinerja perawat yang ada dalam penelitian ini juga dipengaruhi oleh variabel mediasi yaitu self efficacy dan komitmen organisasional. Stressor pada perawat sebagai salah satu akibat dari bekerja perlu dikondisikan pada posisi yang tepat agar kinerja mereka juga pada posisi yang diharapkan.
English Abstract
The research aims to analyze and to examine : 1) The Effect of Conflict Role, Ambiguity Role, and Overload Role on Organizational Commitment, 2) The Effect of Conflict Role, Ambiguity Role, and Overload Role on Self Efficacy, 3) The Effect of Conflict Role, Ambiguity Role, and Overload Role on Nurse Performance at Malang Regional and Public Hospital of dr. Saiful Anwar Malang which were mediated by Organizational commitment and Self Efficacy. The research respondents of this study were all nurses at Emengency Care Unit of Malang Regional and Public Hospital of dr.Saiful Anwar Malang. 80 (100%) of nurses response to the questioner to measure the variables analyzed. The conflict role variable is not significant with organizational commitment and self efficacy. The ambiguity role dan overload role overload are significant with organizational commitment and self efficacy The finding of this study indicates that stressor factor often creates problem for nurses In addition to be influenced by internal factor within the individuals, the contribution of stressor (ambiguity role, conlict role and overload role) on nurse performance in this research was also influenced by mediated variables that were self efficacy and organizational commitment. The stressor on nurse as one of the effect of working needs to be conditioned on the proper position so that their performance is in exspected position.
