Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, sikap, persepsi kontrol perilaku, dan norma subjektif terhadap niat menggunakan SPT elektronik pada Wajib Pajak di Jakarta menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Penelitian dilakukan pada Wajib Pajak orang pribadi yang telah menggunakan SPT elektronik dan terdaftar di Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan explanatory research. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 Wajib Pajak orang pribadi dengan menggunakan rumus Lameshow. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non probability sampling dan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Data yang diperoleh di analisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu IBM SPSS Statistic 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kegunaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat menggunakan SPT elektronik, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan memiliki pengaruh niat menggunakan SPT elektronik, sikap memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat menggunakan SPT elektronik, persepsi kontrol perilaku memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat menggunakan SPT elektronik, dan norma subjektif memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat menggunakan SPT elektronik.
English Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, perceived behavioral control, and subjective norms on the intention to use SPT electronic on taxpayers in Jakarta using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The study was conducted on individual taxpayers who have used electronic SPT and registered in Jakarta. This research is an explanatory research. The number of samples is 100 individual taxpayers using the Lameshow. Determination of the sample is done by nonprobability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data obtained were analyzed by Ordinary Least Square (OLS) used IBM SPSS Statistic 23. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness has an influence on intention to use SPT electronic, perceived ease of use has an influence on intention to use SPT electronic, attitude has an influence on intention to use SPT electronic, perceived behavioral control has an influence on the intention to use the SPT electronic, and subjective norms have an influence on the intention to use the SPT electronic.
