Abstract

Startup companies often use the internet in developing their business. A startup is a business that is expected to grow and dominate the market quickly to further transform into a larger company. Unifarm startup is here to market agribusiness products on the distribution scale with the B2B concept, exports with the B2B concept, and applications with the B2C concept. This research aims to analyze internal and external from Unifarm startup and analyze the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats of the Unifarm startup to determine the potential strategies used. The method used is descriptive analysis with IFAS (Internal Factors Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Factors Analysis Summary). The products marketed by Unifarm are primary needs. There are various kinds of manufactured and non-manufactured products available in agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries, and they have partners in various regions. The weaknesses are suppliers not being educated enough about business, especially for startups. The location between suppliers and company is quite far, so it will affect the process of quality control. The opportunities are technology as an online marketing medium ix and could reach the market widely. The change of consumer purchasing power to online shopping due to the pandemic conditions follows the developments in the digital era. The threats are fraud cases and product returns. Unifarm startup uses a strategy to expand business partners starting from product and delivery services suppliers and strengthen customer networks by increasing values such as product quality, company branding, digital marketing, and promotions. In conclusion, Unifarm's SWOT and potential strategies used to expand business partners, suppliers of goods, freight forwarding services, strengthen market networks and in the suggestion section, namely development plans in the next five years, need to be carried out according to the steps determined by using strategy analysis at Unifarm startups.
