Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan karena aktivitas wisata di hotel merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang memiliki resiko kecelakaan yang cukup tinggi di masa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini. Penelitian dilakukan di Hotel Golden Tulip Essential Tangerang sebagai salah satu penyedia wisata dalam ruangan di Kota Tangerang yang telah bersetifikasi CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environtmental Sustainability). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan CHSE yang dilakukan oleh Hotel Golden Tulip Essential Tangerang, mengetahui seberapa efektif penerapan CHSE yang telah dilakukan oleh Hotel Golden Tulip Essential Tangerang, dan mengetahui strategi penerapan CHSE yang harus dilakuakan oleh Hotel Golden Tulip Essential Tangerang. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data model interaktif. Untuk mengukur keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan triangulasi teori. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive dan accidental sampling. Sumber data primer penelitian diperoleh melalui informan dan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan fakta bahwa terdapat tiga pilar dalam penerapan protokol CHSE di Hotel Golden Tulip Essential Tangerang yaitu aspek sumber daya manusia, aspek sarana dan prasaran, dan aspek penerapan prosedur CHSE di lingkungan hotel. Hotel Golden Tulip Essential Tangerang membuat strategi dalam mengefektifkan penerapan protokol CHSE dengan menggunakan 5P (Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pengarahan, Pengawasan, dan Pengevaluasian) yang dibuat untuk sumber daya manusia internal yaitu semua para pegawai dan bagi seluruh pengunjung yang datang di Hotel Golden Tulip Essential Tangerang. Tingkat kebersihan hotel merupakan hal yang sangat wajib di perhatikan mengingat di masa pandemi ini kebersihan merupakan konsen utama bagi semua sektor. Tamu akan memilih hotel mulai dari kebersihan area dan fasilitasnya. Dengan kebersihan yang terjaga maka akan memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap penilaian tamu terhadap hotel tersebut. Dengan adanya sertifikasi CHSE diharapkan industri perhotelan lebih baik dalam penanganan Hygiene dan Sanitasi serta penerapan protokol kesehatan guna pencegahan dampak Covid-19
English Abstract
This research was conducted because of the tourist activity in the hotel is one of the activities that have a high risk of accidents during the current pandemic of Covid-19. The research was conducted at the Golden Tulip Essential Tangerang Hotel as one of the providers of indoor tourism in Tangerang City that has been certified CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability). The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of CHSE carried out by Golden Tulip Essential Tangerang Hotel, to find out how effective the implementation of CHSE had been to Golden Tulip Essential Tangerang Hotel, and to know the strategy for implementing CHSE that must be carried out by Golden Tulip Essential Tangerang Hotel. The analysis used in this research is an interactive model of data analysis. To measure the validity of the data, the researchers used source triangulation, technical triangulation, and theoretical triangulation. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The sampling technique is done by purposive and accidental sampling. Primary research data sources were obtained through informants and secondary data obtained from documents. The method of data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research provide the fact that there are three pillars in the application of the CHSE protocol at the Golden Tulip Essential Tangerang Hotel, namely aspects of human resources, aspects of facilities and infrastructure, and aspects of implementing CHSE procedures in the hotel environment. The Golden Tulip Essential Tangerang Hotel made a strategy to streamline the implementation of the CHSE protocol by using 5P (Planning, Organizing, Directing, Monitoring, and Evaluating) which was made for internal human resources, namely all employees and for all visitors at Hotel Golden Tulip Essential Tangerang. The level of hotel cleanliness is something that must be considered, considering that during this pandemic cleanliness is a major concern for all sectors. Guests will choose the hotel starting from the cleanliness of the area and its facilities. With maintained cleanliness, it will have a good impact on guest ratings of the hotel. With the CHSE certification, it is hoped that the hotel industry will be better in handling Hygiene and Sanitation as well as implementing health protocols to prevent the impact of Covid-19
