Abstract
Adanya work life balance yang baik antara kehidupan kerja dan kehidupan pribadi dapat menciptakan sikap emosional pada sumber daya manusia yang positif dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya. Adanya work life balance sangat diperlukan untuk dapat meminimalisir beban kerja serta meningkatkan produktivitas. Pekerja yang menerapkan work life balance akan mendapatkan perasaan yang puas terhadap pekerjaan, rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi, dan adanya semangat serta motivasi kerja yang meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance terhadap beban kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance terhadap produktivitas, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dengan produktivitas terhadap anggota polisi di Polres Batu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah explanatory research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Polres Batu, Kota Batu. Jumlah populasi di Polres Batu berjumlah 186 orang dan diambil sampel sebanyak 65 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, normalitas data, dan analisis regresi sederhana, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji t sebagai penguji hipotesis yang dibantu dengan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance berpengaruh terhadap beban kerja dan produktivitas dan beban kerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan produktivitas
English Abstract
The existence of a good work-life balance between work life and personal life can create an emotional attitude towards positive human resources in carrying out their work. The existence of a work-life balance is necessary to minimize workload and increase productivity. Workers who apply work-life balance will get a feeling of satisfaction with their work, a high sense of responsibility, and an increased enthusiasm and work motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work-life balance on workload, to determine the effect of work-life balance on productivity, and to determine the relationship between workload and productivity of police officers at the Batu Police Station. The type of research used to test the hypothesis is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Batu Police, Batu City. The total population in Batu Police Station is 186 people and a sample of 65 people are taken. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, data normality, and simple regression analysis, then followed by a t-test as a hypothesis tester assisted by SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that Work-Life Balance has an effect on workload and productivity and workload has a significant relationship with productivity
