Abstract
Bank sebagai lembaga intermediasi keuangan yang mendapat kepercayaan masyarakat dalam mengelola dana. Kepercayaan ini dapat dijaga dengan menjaga tingkat kesehatan yang mencerminkan kinerja bank sesuai dengan Peraturan Ototritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 04/POJK.03.2016 dan Surat Edaran Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 14/SEOJK.03/3017 Tentang Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Umum. Bank wajib melakukan penilaian sendiri atas tingkat kesehatannya dengan pendekatan faktor Risk profile, Good Corport Governance, Earning, Capital (RGEC) baik secara individu maupun konsolidasi. Adapun indikator yang digunakan yaitu rasio Non Performing Loan (NPL), Hasil penilaian sendiri penerapan GCG, Return on Asset (ROA), Net Interest Margin dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder dari laporan keuangan dan tahunan bank yang dipublikasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesehatan PT. Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk selama periode 2018-2020 sebagai Bank Umum Syariah yang memiliki segmen nasabah kelompok prasejahtera produktif berdasarkan indikator pengukuran NPL, hasil penilaian sendiri penerapan prinsip GCG, ROA, NIM dan CAR berada pada Peringkat Komposit 1 yaitu Sangat Sehat. Kondisi ini mencerminkan PT. Bank BPTN Syariah Tbk dinilai sangat mampu menghadapi pengaruh negatif yang signifikan dari perubahan kondisi bisnis dan faktor eksternal lainnya, adanya kelemahan yang terjadi dapat dikatakan secara umum tidak signifikan.
English Abstract
Banks as financial intermediary institutions that gain public trust in managing funds. This trust can be maintained by maintaining a sound level that reflects the bank's performance in accordance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 04/POJK.03.2016 and the Financial Services Authority Circular Letter Number 14/SEOJK.03/3017 concerning the Assessment of the Soundness Level of Commercial Banks. Banks are required to conduct their own assessment of their level of soundness by using a Risk profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital (RGEC) approach, both individually and in a consolidated manner. The indicators used are the ratio of Non Performing Loans (NPL), the results of self-assessment of GCG implementation, Return on Assets (ROA), Net Interest Margin and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The method used in this research is descriptive research through a quantitative approach with secondary data sources from the published financial and annual reports of banks. The results showed that the health level of PT. Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk during the 2018-2020 period as a Sharia Commercial Bank which has a productive poor group customer segment based on the NPL measurement indicator, the results of the self-assessment of the application of the principles of GCG, ROA, NIM and CAR are at Composite Rating 1 which is Very Healthy. This condition reflects PT. Bank BPTN Syariah Tbk is considered very capable of dealing with significant negative influences from changes in business conditions and other external factors, the weaknesses that occur can be said to be generally insignificant
