Abstract
Potensi wisata yang ada di sekitar Kota Malang menyebabkan banyaknya wisatawan yang datang baik dengan kendaraan pribadi maupun dengan bus, terutama wisatawan yang datang melewati pintu tol Madyopuro. Sehingga Terminal Madyopuro berpotensi menjadi terminal wisata Rest Area. ..Tujuan..dari..dilakukannya..penelitian.ini adalah melakukan analisis kinerja Terminal Madyopuro untuk dijadikan Rest Area di daerah tersebut dan mengidentifikasi fasilitas yang diperlukan dalam pengembangan Terminal Madyopuro menjadi Rest Area. Data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dari wawancara untuk mengetahui kondisi dan kinerja fasilitas Terminal hingga saat ini. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah data adalah Metode..IPA..(Importance..–..Performance Analysis). Metode ini..mengukur..hubungan..antara..persepsi..pengguna Terminal dan tingkat penerapan terhadap fasilitas yang ada pada Terminal Madyopuro. Responden yang digunakan berjumlah 100 orang dengan yang merupakan masyarakat Kota Malang yang berumur 17 tahun ke atas dan pernah menggunakan terminal minimal 1 (satu kali). Pada penelitian ini mengacu pada..Peraturan..Menteri..Perhubungan..Republik.Indonesia Nomor.PM.40.Tahun.2015.Tentang.Standar.Pelayanan.Terminal.Penumpang..Penelitian ini didefinisikan 2 variabel, yaitu variabel Kepentingan dan variabel Kinerja Penerapan (Aspek Keselamatan, Keamanan, Keteraturan, Kenyamanan, Kemudahan, Kesetaraan). Hasil evaluasi didapatkan kondisi eksisting Terminal Madyopuro dimana beberapa fasilitas masih kurang dalam pelayanan di masyarakat seperti aspek keselamatan, keamanan, dan kenyamanan. Dari hasil analisis dengan metode IPA didapatkan hasil dimana ada beberapa fasilitas yang perlu ditingkatkan serta dipertahankan antara lain lajur pejalan kaki, fasilitas keselamatan jalan, informasi fasilitas keselamatan, ketersediaan fasilitas keamanan, kantor manajemen system informasi, rumah makan, fasilitas dan petugas kebersihan, letak jalur keberangakatan dan letak jalur edatangan, alat pemadam kebakaran, petugas keamanan, jadwal kedatangan dan keberangkatan serta tarif secara tertulis, ruang tunggu, toilet, tempat ibadah, dan ruang ibu menyusui. Sedangkan fasilitas yang perlu dipertimbangkan kembali adalah jalur evakuasi, informasi fasilitas kesehatan, media pengaduan gangguan keamanan, petugas operasional terminal, taman, area merokok, drainase,.pos.dan.petugas.kesehatan,.pos.dan petugas.pemeriksa.kendaraan.umum,.fasilitas...perbaikan...kendaraan...umum, jadwal kendaraan umum dalam / luar trayek secara tertulis, lampu penerangan ruangan, tempat istirahat awak kendaraan, dan informasi pelayanan, informasi angkutan jalan.
English Abstract
The tourism potential around Malang City causes many tourists to come either by private vehicle or by bus, especially tourists who come through Madyopuro toll gate. So Madyopuro Terminal has the potential to become a Rest Area tourist terminal. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of Madyopuro Terminal to serve as a Rest Area around and identify the facilities needed in developing Madyopuro Terminal into a Rest Area. The data needed in this study were obtained from interviews to determine the condition and performance of terminal facilities until now. The method used to process the data is the IPA (Importance – Performance Analysis) method. The respondents used were 100 people who were people of Malang City aged 17 years and over and had used the Terminal at least 1 (one time). This study refers to the Regulation of the minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 40 of 2015 concerning Standards for Passenger Terminal Services. This method measures the relationship between tourist perceptions and the level of application of existing facilities at Madyopuro Terminal. In this study, 2 variables were defined, namely the Importance variable and the Implementation Performance variable (Aspects of Safety, Security, Order, Convenience, Ease, Equality). The evaluation results obtained the existing condition of Madyopuro Terminal where some facilities are still lacking in public services such as aspects of safety, security, and comfort. From the results of the analysis using the IPA method, it is found that several facilities need to be improved and maintained, including pedestrian lanes, road safety facilities, information on safety facilities, availability of security facilities, information system management offices, restaurants, facilities and cleaners, lane location. departure and the location of the arrival route, fire extinguishers, security officers, arrival and departure schedules as well as written tariffs, waiting rooms, toilets, places of worship, and nursing mothers' rooms. While the facilities that need to be reconsidered are evacuation routes, information on health facilities, media for complaints of security disturbances, terminal operational officers, parks, smoking areas, drainage, post and health workers, post and public transport inspectors, public transportation repair facilities, public transportation schedules. inside/outside the route in writing, room lighting, vehicle crew Rest Areas, and service information, road transportation information.
