Abstract

Gagal jantung meningkatkan faktor depresi bagi penderita gagal jantung. Adanya pembatasan karena pencegahan penularan COVID-19 membuat pasien khawatir untuk datang ke pelayanan kesehatan menyebabkan pasien tidak rutin kontrol. dengan adanya buku saku digital melalui aplikasi berbasis Smart Phone bernama (Pengingat Jantung Anda) PENTUNGAN untuk memandu pada pasien gagal jantung melalui handphone. Rancangan penelitian Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain one group pre-test dan post-test, Responden penelitian pasien gagal jantung di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gamping II dengan jumlah 36 pasien pada tahun 2021. Instrumen penelitian Kuesioner yang pertama meliputi informasi karakteristik responden. Yang kedua Instrumen Beck Depression Inventory II (BDI II) Instrumen BDI II. Uji hubungan dua variable instrument BDI II nilai alfa sebesar 0,896> r tabel=0,355. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rerata skor tingkat depresi responden antara kelompok perlakuan (intervensi edukasi Aplikasi PENTUNGAN) (46,33±6,77) dengan kelompok kontrol (tanpa perlakuan) (50,78±12,58). rerata skor tingkat depresi responden antara kelompok perlakuan (intervensi edukasi Aplikasi PENTUNGAN) (27,06±2,18) dengan kelompok kontrol (tanpa perlakuan) (40,50±8,90). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat depresi pasien gagal jantung setelah dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi PENTUNGAN. Diharapkan perawat yang bertugas memberikan pelayanan edukasi pada masyarakat dan keluarganya tentang pentingnya penggunaan aplikasi PENTUNGAN pada klien gagal jantung.

English Abstract

Heart failure increases depression factors for people with heart failure. The existence of restrictions due to preventing the spread of COVID-19 makes patients worry about coming to health services, causing patients to not routinely control. with the existence of a digital pocket book through a Smart Phone-based application called (Pengingat Jantung Anda) PENTUNGAN to guide heart failure patients via mobile phones. Quasi-experimental research design with one group pre-test and post-test design. Research respondents were heart failure patients in the working area of Gamping II Health Center with a total of 36 patients in 2021. The first questionnaire research instrument included information on the characteristics of respondents. The second instrument is Beck Depression Inventory II (BDI II) Instrument BDI II. Test the relationship of two instrument variables BDI II alpha value of 0.896> r table = 0.355. The results showed that the average score of the respondents' depression level was between the treatment group (the educational intervention of the PENTUngan Application) (46.33±6.77) and the control group (without treatment) (50.78±12.58). the mean score of the respondents' depression level between the treatment group (EDUCATION INTERVENTION with PENTUngan Application) (27.06±2.18) and the control group (without treatment) (40.50±8.90). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect on the level of depression in heart failure patients after using the PENTUNGAN application. It is expected that the nurse in charge of providing educational services to the community and their families about the importance of using the PENTUNGAN application in heart failure clients.
