Abstract
Bertambahnya penduduk pada DKI Jakarta berbanding lurus dengan bertambahnya kebutuhan air. Pertambahan penduduk itu sendiri menjadikan semakin bertambahnya hunian vertical di DKI Jakarta yang menyebabkan perubahan tata guna lahan, oleh karena itu perlu adanya konservasi air pada setiap hunian vertical untuk menjadikan alternatif sumber air. Hal ini juga di dukung dengan peraturan gubernur bahwa setiap gedung harus mempunyai konsep Green Building. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa potensi air hujan yang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif sumber air pada Apartemen Westpoint, mengetahui kebutuhan air berdasarkan jenis alat plambing dan juga merencanakan anggaran biaya pada perencanaan pemanenan air hujan di Apartemen Westpoint. Pada penelitian ini untuk area tangkapan air hujan menggunakan 3 area, yaitu atap, teras pada hunian dan kafetaria. Dari hasil 3 area tangkapan maka diperoleh air hujan yang dapat di tampung pada Apartemen Westpoint yaitu sebesar 34 m3/hari dengan luas area tangkapan sebesar 1,500 m2. Tampungan pada perencanaan pemanenan air hujan ini menggunakan 2 tampungan yaitu ground water tank dan roof tank dengan masing-masing kapasitasnya sebesar 34 m3 dan 4.6 m3. Pada perhitungan kebutuhan air berdasarkan jenis alat plambing pada lantai 1 sampai 3 didapatkan sebesar 17,366 m3/hari Setelah dilakukan analisa maka kebutuhan air untuk kegiatan menyiram toilet dan bak cuci tangan biasa pada lantai 1 sampai 3 dapat terpenuhi, dengan penghematan sebesar Rp 217.868 / hari yang akan menguntungkan pihak pengelola Apartemen Westpoint. Sedangkan untuk rancangan anggaran biaya perencanaan pemanenan air hujan pada Apartemen Westpoint ini sebesar Rp 292.471.563.
English Abstract
The increase in population in DKI Jakarta is directly proportional to the increase in water demand. Population growth itself causes the increase in vertical housing in DKI Jakarta which causes changes in land use, therefore it is necessary to conserve water in every vertical residence to make alternative water sources. This is also supported by the governor's regulation that every building must have aconcept Green Building. This study aims to determine how much rainwater potential that can be used as an alternative water source at the Westpoint Apartment, to determine the water needs based on the type of plumbing equipment and also to plan a budget for rainwater harvesting planning at the Westpoint Apartment. In this study, the rainwater catchment area uses 3 areas, namely the roof, the terrace for the dwelling and the cafeteria. From the results of 3 catchment areas, it is obtained that rainwater that can be accommodated at the Westpoint Apartment is 34 m3/ day with a catchment area of 1,500 m2. The reservoirs used in the planning of rainwater harvesting are ground water tanks and roof tanks with each capacity of 34 m3and 4.6 m3. In the calculation of water needs based on the type of plumbing equipment on floors 1 to 3, it is obtained 17,366 m3/day. After the analysis, the water needs for flushing toilets and ordinary hand washing basins on floors 1 to 3 can be met, with savings of Rp. 217,868/day which is will benefit the management of Westpoint Apartments. As for the design budget for rainwater harvesting planning at the Westpoint Apartment, it is Rp 292,471,563.
