Abstract
Penulisan Hukum ini membahas tentang Adanya permasalahan perizinan di n perdagangan obat-obatan di Pasar Pramuka Jakarta. Penulis mengangkat rumusan masalah sebagai berikut, Bagaimana pengawasan perizinan usaha Pedagang Eceran Obat di Pasar Pramuka Jakarta? Faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pengawasan perizinan Usaha Pedagang Eceran Obat di Pasar Pramuka? Proses penelitian penulis menggunakan metode penelitian Empiris menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode diatas, maka penulis memperoleh Kesimpulan terkait jawaban dari judul skripsi diatas yaitu, pengawasan terhadap perizinan para Pedagang Eceran Obat dan Apotek Rakyat di Pasar Pramuka tidak berjalan dengan baik Sampai dengan dilakukannya Penelitian ini, aktivitas pedagang obat di pasar pramuka masih berlangsung dengan tidak menggunakan ijin apotek ataupun ijin toko obat, karena sejak ijin Apotek Rakyat di cabut maka dapat dikatakan perdagangan tersebut sudah illegal. terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pengawasan izin usaha, antara lain Tidak Adanya Koordinasi Antara Suku Dinas Kesehatan, PTSP dengan Pengurus PD. Pasar Pramuka, Sarana dan Prasarana Pasar Pramuka Sudah Tidak Memadai, Solidaritas Para Pedagang Obat Masih Kuat, Pedagang Obat Mengadakan Perlawanan Dengan Melakukan Upaya Hukum.
English Abstract
This legal writing discusses the existence of licensing problems in the drug trade at the Jakarta Scout Market. The author raises the formulation of the problem as follows, How is the supervision of the business licensing of drug retailers at the Jakarta Scout Market? What are the factors that influence the supervision of the licensing of Drug Retail Traders in the Scout Market? The research process the author uses empirical research methods using data collection techniques with interviews and documentation. From the results of the research using the above method, the authors conclude regarding the answer to the title of the thesis above, namely, supervision of the licensing of drug retailers and pharmacies in the Pramuka Market is not going well. takes place without using a pharmacy license or drug store license, because since the People's Pharmacy permit was revoked, it can be said that the trade is illegal. There are several factors that affect the supervision of business licenses, including the absence of coordination between the Health Service Sub-Department, PTSP and the PD Management. Scout Market, Scout Market Facilities and Infrastructure Are Not Adequate, Drug Traders Solidarity Is Still Strong, Drug Traders Hold Resistance By Taking Legal Efforts.
