Abstract
COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2)merupakan sebuah penyakit yang menyerang organ pernafasan. Virus ini menyebar dengan sangat cepat. Lebih dari 200 negara memiliki kasus COVID-19 dan dinyatakan sebagai pandemi global. Penyebaran yang sangat cepat ini menyebabkan lonjakan kasus yang pesat, pertahun 2020 jumlah kasus positif COVID-19 sebanyak 70,8 juta kasus dan sebanyak 1,6 juta diantaranya mengalami kematian. Masyarakat dengan penyakit komorbid salah satunya hipertensi menjadi kelompok dengan risiko tinggi untuk terpapar COVID- 19 dan mengalami perburukan. Masyarakat dihimbau untuk melakukan tindakan pencegahan COVID-19 agar dapat meminimalisir risiko terpapar virus dan mengalami perburukan kondisi. Perilaku pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan antara lain cuci tangan menggunakan sabun dan bilas dengan air mengalir, pakailah masker, menjaga jarak, menjauhi kerumunan serta mengurangi mobilitas Tujuan: mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 pada masyarakat dengan dan tanpa hipertensi di Desa Kepuharjo Kecamatan Karangploso Kabupaten Malang. Metode: Penelitan ini menggunakan design deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian: dari jumlah sampel 80 responden, Pada masyarakat dengan hipertensi didapatkan 38 responden (95%) berptilaku mencegah COVID-19 yang tinggi dan sebanyak 2 responden (5%) berprilaku mencegah yang buruk. Pada masyarakat tanpa hipertensi sebanyak 32 responden (80%) berprilaku mencegah COVID-19 yang tinggi dan 8 responden (20%) berprilaku mencegah COVID-19 yang rendah. Hasil uji Chi Square menunjukan nilai signifikansi nilai p-value (2-tailed) senilai 0,043. Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 pada masyarakat dengan dan tanpa hipertensi di Desa Kepuharjo Kecamatan Karangploso Kabupaten Malang.
English Abstract
COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) is a disease that attacks the respiratory organs which are still in the same family as SARS and MERS. This virus spreads very fast. More than 200 countries have cases of COVID-19 and declared as a global pandemicis. This very rapid spread caused rapid spike cases, per year 2020 the cases of COVID-19 was 70.8 million and 1,6 million of them have died. People with comorbid diseases, which is hypertension, are a group that easily being exposed to COVID-19 and experiencing worsening conditions. The public is encouraged to take precautions against COVID-19 to minimize the risk of being exposed to the virus and experiencing worsening condition. Preventive behaviors can be done are washing hands with soap and running water, wearing masks, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds and reducing mobility. Purpose: to find out there is a difference in COVID-19 prevention behavior in communities with and without hypertension in Kepuharjo Village, Karangploso District, Malang. Method: This research uses descriptive analytical design using a cross sectional approach with purposive sampling techniques. Results: From sample of 80 respondents, 38 respondents in community with hypertension (95%) had high COVID-19 prevention behavior and 2 respondents (5%) had poor preventive behavior., 32 respondents (80%) of community without hypertension had high COVID-19 prevention behavior and 8 respondents (20%) had low COVID-19 prevention behavior. The results of the Chi Square test showed the significance value of the p-value 0.043. Conclusion: There are differences in COVID-19 prevention behavior in communities with and without hypertension in Kepuharjo Village, Karangploso District, Malang.
