Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Profitabilitas, Leverage, dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2017-2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan sub sektor properti dan real estate periode tahun 2017-2020 yang dipublikasikan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan masing-masing website perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel terdiri dari 8 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas, Leverage, dan kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar perusahaan dapat mempertahankan atau meningkatkan tingkat Profitabilitas, Leverage, dan Kebijakan Dividen untuk mempertahankan atau meningkatkan Nilai perusahaan
English Abstract
The study aims to determine and analyze the impact of Profitability, Leverage, and Dividend Policy on the Firm Value of the property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements of the property and real estate sub-sector companies for the period 2017-2020 published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on each company’s website. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method. The sample consists of 8 companies. This study uses multiple regression analysis methods using IBM SPSS version 26 software. The results show that Profitability, Leverage, and Dividend Policy have a significant effect on firm value. This study suggests that the company can maintain or increase the level of Profitability, Leverage, and Dividend Policy to maintain or increase the value of the company
