Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekspektasi pendapatan, lingkungan pendidikan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa S1 Jurusan Manajemen Universitas Brawijaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori dengan menggunakan alat bantu kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala likert. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Universitas Brawijaya dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 233 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Uji instrument yang telah dilakukan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil statistik menunjukan bahwa setiap pertanyaan item kuesioner adalah valid dan reliabel. Analisis uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji heteroskedasitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji normalitas telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Ekpektasi Pendapatan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Minat Berwirausaha karena memiliki nilai probabilitas (0,000) < 0,05 yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan. Lingkungan Pendidikan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Minat Berwirausaha karena memiliki nilai probabilitas (0,000) < 0,05 yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan. Lingkungan Keluarga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Minat Berwirausaha karena memiliki nilai probabilitas (0,000) < 0,05 yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of income expectations, educational environment, and family environment on entrepreneurial interest in students of the S1 Management Department, Brawijaya University. This type of research is explanatory research which explains the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. This research is an explanatory study using a questionnaire that is measured by a Likert scale. Respondents of this study were students of the Management Department of Brawijaya University with a total sample of 233 people. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program. The instrument test had done with validity test and reliability test. The statistical results showed that each questionnaire item question is valid and reliable. Analysis of the classical assumption test, namely the heteroscedasticity test, the multicollinearity test, and the normality test had carried out in this study. This research showed that income expectations influence entrepreneurial interest because it has a probability value (0,000) < 0.05, which means that there is a significant effect. The educational environment influences entrepreneurial interest because it has a probability value (0.000) < 0.05, which means that there is a significant effect. The family environment influences entrepreneurial interest because it has a probability value (0.000) < 0.05, which means that there is a significant effect.
