Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh money attitude dan social influence terhadap perilaku berutang karyawan PT. Intidragon Suryatama di Kota Mojokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Intidragon Suryatama. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa money attitude dan social influence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku berutang.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of money attitude and social influence on the debt behavior of employees of PT. Intidragon Suryatama in Mojokerto City. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The data obtained from questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents who are employees of PT. Intidragon Suryatama. The analytical tool used is Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results showed that money attitude and social influence had a significant effect on debt behavior.
