Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) lalu untuk seterusnya ditulis GCG pada kantor pusat PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh staf Satuan Pengawas Internal (SPI) Kantor Pusat Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk yang berjumlah 32 orang. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh pada seluruh karyawan Satuan Pengawas Internal dengan jumlah 32 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan rumus Dean J. Champion serta diuji dengan Uji Validitas dan Uji Reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan bahwa GCG pada Kantor Pusat PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia secara keseluruhan sudah diterapkan dengan Baik. Pada prinsip Tranparansi, sudah diterapkan dengan Sangat Baik. Pada prinsip Akuntabilitas, Pertanggungjawaban, dan Kewajaran sudah diterapkan dengan Baik. Pada prinsip Kemandirian sudah diterapkan Cukup Baik.
English Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and then write down GCG at the head office of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The population in this study were all staff of the Internal Supervisory Unit (SPI) Head Office of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, totaling 32 people. The research sample was determined using a saturated sampling method on all employees of the Internal Control Unit with a total of 32 respondents. The data were analyzed using the Dean J. Champion formula and tested by the validity test and reliability test. The results showed that the GCG at the Head Office of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia as a whole has been implemented well. In principle of transparency, it has been implemented very well. The principles of Accountability, Responsibility and Fairness have been well implemented. The principle of independence has been implemented quite well.
