Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas, Leverage, dan Profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2015-2018. Likuiditas diproksikan dengan Current Ratio (CR), Leverage diproksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Profitabilitas diproksikan dengan Return On Asset (ROA). Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 12 sampel perusahaan food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Leverage dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan likuiditas berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability towards firm value on food and beverages subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. Liquidity is proxied through current ratio (CR), leverage is proxied through debt on equity ratio (DER), and profitability is proxied through retuen on assets (ROA). Purposive sampling method was used to collect the data and there are 12 food and beverage companies enterprises that were used as samples. The research method used in this study is the multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the leverage and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value, while liquidity have a negative and insignificant effect on firm value.
