Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Emotional Experience, Memorable Experience, dan Place Attachment Terhadap Tourist Satisfaction (Survei Pada Wisatawan Museum Purbakala Sangiran). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis eksplanasi (Explanatory Research).Data yang digunakan adalah hasil kuesioner wisatawan Museum Sangiran Tahun 2020. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah Nonprobability Sampling pada 118 orang wisatawan Museum Sangiran Tahun 2020. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuesioner online pada 118 wisatawan Museum Sangiran Tahun 2020 melalui tautan bit.ly/bantuskripsizakialif menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan bantuan SPSS21. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel emotional experience (X1) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel tourist satisfaction (Y), variabel memorable experience (X2) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel tourist satisfaction (Y), dan variabel place attachment (X3) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel tourist satisfaction (Y). Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,545 yang menunjukkan bahwa 54,5% tourist satisfaction di Museum Purbakala Sangiran dapat dijelaskan melalui variabel emotional experience, memorable experience, dan place attachment, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Emotional Experience, Memorable Experience, and Place Attachment on Tourist Satisfaction (Suvey on Tourist at The Sangiran Ancient Museum). This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. The data used are the result of the 2020 Sangiran Museum tourist questionnaire. The technique used in the sampling of this study was Nonprobability Sampling on 118 tourist of the Sangiran Museum in 2020. The data collection method used was the distribution of online questionnaires to 118 Sangiran Museum tourist in 2020 through bit.ly/bantuskripsizakialif link using a likert scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis, classic assumption test, multiple regression alaysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS21. The result of this research indicate that the emotional experience (X1) variable partially has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction (Y) variable, the memorable experience (X2) variable partially has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction (Y) variable, and the place attachment (X3) variable partially has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction (Y) variable. Adjusted R Square value of 0,545 which indicates that 54,5% of tourist satisfaction in the Sangiran Museum can be explained though emotional experience variable, memorable experience variable, and place attachment variable while the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
