Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh quality of work life (QWL) terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 97 karyawan PT X. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survei. Alat ukur yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah skala milik Swamy, Nanjundeswaraswamy, Rashmi tahun 2015. Skala untuk turnover intention peneliti memilih Bothma dan Roodt pada tahun 2013. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa QWL memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life on turnover intention. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 97 employees of PT X. The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. The data collection technique used was a survey. The measuring instrument used by the researchers is the scale belonging to Swamy, Nanjundeswaraswamy, Rashmi in 2015. The scale for the turnover intention of the researchers chose Bothma and Roodt in 2013. The results of this study indicate that QWL has a significant effect on turnover intention.
