Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam sehingga memiliki beragam masjid. Masih banyak masjid tua yang menggunakan langgam jawa kuno, salah satunya Masjid Jami’ Tegalsari Ponorogo. Dengan umur masjid yang sudah sangat tua dan adanya perbedaan tatanan ruang dengan masjid lain pada umumnya serta selubung bangunan yang digunakan akan mempengaruhi kualitas kenyamanan pada masjid tersebut. Sehingga aspek kenyamanan yang meliputi kenyamanan akustik, kenyamanan pencahayaan, dan kenyamanan termal pada bangunan masjid Masjid Jami’ Tegalsari Ponorogo sangat diperlukan. Beberapa komponen kenyamanan masjid tersebut meliputi kenyamanan akustik, kenyamanan pencahayaan, dan kenyamanan termal. Pengukuran akustik menggunakan alat pengukur suara SLM (sound level meters) dan dilakukan pengukuran di 64 titik. Pengukuran tersebut menunjukkan area tengah dan belakang masjid mendapatkan distribusi suara yang rendah dan cukup jauh dari standar. Hasil pengukuran cahaya yang menggunakan alat lux meter pada 4 waktu berbeda menunjukkan sisi samping utara dalam masjid dan setiap sisi sudut dalam masjid hanya mendapatkan 15 lux dan diteras masjid hanya mendapatkan 167 lux yang berarti masih dibawah standar pencahayaan tempat ibadah. Pengukuran termal dilakukan dengan memasangkan alat thermometer ruangan selama 4 minggu dan mendapatkan hasil suhu rata-rata ruang utama masjid masih lebih tinggi 1.98℃ daripada suhu netral. Berdasarkan hasil pengaruh kinerja kenyamanan elemen pembentuk ruang masjid yang telah dianalisis, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa elemen pembentuk ruang yang sangat berpengaruh adalah elemen dinding. Hal tersebut didasarkan pada hasil tabel ceklis pengaruh kinerja kenyamanan terhadap elemen pembentuk ruang masjid. Untuk memaksimalkan elemen dinding pada Masjid Jami’ Tegalsari Ponorogo, maka sesuai dengan standart dan rekomendasi yang telah ditentukan, material pada elemen dinding diganti dengan menggunakan material kayu jati. Pada material kayu tersebut terdapat beberapa grid dan motif berlubang untuk menambah kelancaran sirkulasi udara dan pencahayaan alami dari luar ruangan. Selain itu material kayu juga dapat membuat penyerapan dan pendistribusian suara menjadi lebih baik lagi.

English Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a majority Muslim population, so it has a variety of mosques. There are still many old mosques that use ancient Javanese styles, one of which is the Jami 'Tegalsari Ponorogo Mosque. With the age of the mosque which is very old and the difference in spatial arrangement with other mosques in general and the building envelope used will affect the quality of comfort in the mosque. So that the comfort aspect which includes acoustic comfort, lighting comfort, and thermal comfort in the Jami' Tegalsari Ponorogo mosque building is very necessary. Some of the comfort components of the mosque include acoustic comfort, lighting comfort, and thermal comfort. Acoustic measurements used sound level meters (SLM) and measurements were made at 64 points. These measurements show that the middle and back areas of the mosque get a low sound distribution and are quite far from the standard. The results of light measurements using a lux meter at 4 different times show that the north side of the mosque and each corner of the mosque only get 15 lux and the mosque terrace only gets 167 lux, which means it is still below the standard of lighting for places of worship. Thermal measurements were carried out by installing a room thermometer for 4 weeks and getting the results that the average temperature of the main room of the mosque was still 1.98℃ higher than the neutral temperature Based on the results of the influence of the comfort performance of the elements forming the mosque space that have been analyzed, it can be concluded that the most influential space forming element is the wall element. This is based on the results of the checklist on the effect of comfort performance on the elements that make up the mosque space. To maximize the wall elements at the Jami 'Tegalsari Ponorogo Mosque, then according to the standards and recommendations that have been determined, the material on the wall elements is replaced by using teak wood. On the wood material, there are several grids and perforated motifs to increase air circulation and natural lighting from outside. In addition, wood material can also make the absorption and distribution of sound even better
