Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendekonstruksi Pendidikan Profesi Akuntan (PPAk) berdasarkan filosofi pemikiran Ki Hadjar Dewantara. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara, pengamatan, pengambilan keputusan, interpretasi pengalaman dan refleksi. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah dekonstruksi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia (IAI), pejabat PPAk, tenaga pendidik dan mahasiswa PPAk. Hasil dekonstruksi dari konteks manusia yang diharapkan ialah akuntan profesional mandiri yang memiliki integritas IMAN (inteligensi, moral, agama, nasional), berpotensi dan dapat menebar kebermanfaatan baik bagi diri, masyarakat, lingkungan dan seluruh alam semesta sebagai wujud perjuangan keberpihakan pada nilai-nilai kebenaran dalam memajukan peradaban bangsa Indonesia atau dengan kata lain akuntan profetik. Hasil dekonstruksi dari konteks tujuan pendidikan adalah untuk mendidik peserta didik menjadi akuntan profesional mandiri sesuai dengan konteks manusia yang diharapkan. Hasil dekonstruksi dari konteks materi pendidikan ialah materi akuntansi yang tidak hanya dalam ranah kognisi, namun juga mengarah pada internalisasi nilai-nilai, atau refleksi atas nilai-nilai kehidupan, sehingga output pendidikan lebih utuh dan terintegrasi. Hasil dekonstruksi dari konteks metode pendidikan adalah dengan cara momong, among dan ngemong tanpa meninggalkan metode Students Centered Learning (SCL) dan Teacher Centered Learning (TCL) ataupun gabungan keduanya. Konsep IMAN dilakukan melalui proses olah pikir, olah rasa, olah batin, dan olah karsa yang menggambarkan perilaku dari rasional, hingga supra-rasional untuk menumbuhkan cipta, rasa dan karsa peserta didik. Konsep pendidikan IMAN merupakan konsep yang mengusung kesadaran pendidikan holistik dan bersifat membebaskan dalam upaya tunduk pada kehendak Ilahi dalam mengemban amanah sebagai abdi di muka bumi. Konsep ini dikenal dengan sebutan profetik. Konsep IMAN dapat menghasilkan akuntan-akuntan yang merdeka, beradab dan bersusila serta memiliki keseimbangan batin.
English Abstract
This study aims to deconstruct Accountant Professional Education (PPAk) based on the philosophy of Ki Hadjar Dewantara. The data of this research were collected through interviews, observations, decision makings, experience interpretation, and reflection. The method of this research is deconstruction. The informants of this study are members of Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants, and PPAk officials, educators, and students. The expected results of the deconstruction in human context are independent professional accountants who have the integrity of IMAN (intelligence, moral, religion (agama), and nationalism). They have potentials and can spread usefulness for themselves, society, environment, and the entire universe, as a manifestation of their struggle to favor values of truth in advancing Indonesian civilization; In other words, they become prophetic accountants. The result of the deconstruction in the context of education objectives is educating students to become independent and professional accountants according to the expected human context. The effect of the deconstruction in the context of educational material is accounting material that surpasses the realm of cognition, reaching the internalization of values, or reflection on the values of life. So the output is more complete and integrated. The result of the deconstruction in the context of t educational method is using the concept of “momong, among and ngemong” (looking after, giving examples, and observing) without leaving Students Centered Learning (SCL) and Teacher Centered Learning (TCL) methods or the combination of both. The concept of IMAN is carried out through a process of literacy and numeracy, aesthetics, ethics, and initiative that describes the behavior from rational to supra-rational to foster students; creativity, senses, and will. The education concept of IMAN carries the holistic and liberating education awareness to create humans that submit themselves to God’s will in fulfilling their duties as His servants on earth. This concept is known as a prophetic concept. The concept of IMAN can produce the accountants who are free, civilized, integrated, and mentally balanced.
