Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU), Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK), PDRB Riil, kepadatan penduduk, family size, dan inflasi terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia di 38 Kabupaten/Kota Jawa Timur Tahun 2013-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistika (BPS), Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan (DJPK), dan Bank Indonesia (BI) yang menggunakan metode regresi data panel sebanyak 266 observasi dengan pemilihan model analisis random effect. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel DAU, PDRB Riil, dan kepadatan penduduk berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia, DAK dan inflasi berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia, dan family size tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks pembangunan manusia.
English Abstract
The purpose of this research is to to determine and analyze the influence of the General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK), Real GDP, population density, family size, and inflation to human development index in 38 districts/cities of East Java in 2013-2019. This study uses secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJPK), and Bank Indonesia (BI) using the panel data regression method as many as 266 observations with the selection of a random effect analysis model. The results of the analysis show that the variables DAU, Real GRDP, and population density have a significant positive effect on the human development index, DAK and inflation have a significant negative effect on the human development index, and family size has no significant effect on the human development index.
