Abstract
Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, penggunaan aplikasi pembayaran mobile telah muncul sebagai gaya hidup baru dalam bertransaksi di masyarakat. Tren ini juga telah diadopsi oleh UKM untuk menyediakan opsi pembayaran seluler dalam bisnis mereka. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan layanan Teknologi Komunikasi Informasi (TIK) untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengkaji dampak penggunaan berkelanjutan pada aplikasi pembayaran seluler terhadap kinerja non-keuangan terhadap kinerja UKM selama Pandemi COVID-19. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif sebagai metode dalam penelitian ini, sampel yang dipilih adalah usaha kecil menengah yang bergerak di bidang makanan dan minuman dan berlokasi di Malang, Indonesia. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner sampel UKM. Mereka dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 21 dengan metode regresi linier berganda, yang menunjukkan ada hubungan antara kelanjutan penggunaan pembayaran seluler terhadap kinerja non-keuangan UKM selama pandemi COVID-19. Beberapa perwakilan UKM, pemilik atau manajer, juga diwawancarai untuk mendapatkan wawasan lebih lanjut dan untuk mengkonfirmasi temuan kuantitatif. Technology-Organization- Environment (TOE) digunakan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara penggunaan aplikasi pembayaran seluler terhadap kinerja non-keuangan UKM selama pandemi COVID-19. Hasil pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif ditemukan adanya hubungan positif antara penggunaan aplikasi pembayaran seluler terhadap kinerja non keuangan UKM selama masa pandemi COVID-19 namun tidak signifikan
English Abstract
In recent years, the use of mobile payment applications has emerged as a new lifestyle in transactions in the community. This trend has also been adopted by SMEs to provide cellular payment options in their businesses. This aims to increase the utilization of Information Communication Technology (ICT) services to gain a competitive advantage. Therefore, this study examined the impact of sustainable use in mobile payment applications on non-financial performance on SME performance during COVID-19 Pandemic. Using a quantitative and qualitative approach as a method in this study, the selected sample is small, medium business engaged in food and beverage and located in Malang, Indonesia. Quantitative data were obtained from questionnaire distributions of the SME sample. They were analyzed using SPSS 21 with the multiple linear regression method, which shows there is a relationship between the continued use of cellular payments on SMEs' non-financial performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Several SME representatives, owners or managers, were also interviewed to gain further insight and to confirm quantitative findings. Technology-Organization- Environment (TOE) is used to explain the relationship between the use of cellular payment applications on the non-financial performance of SMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of both quantitative and qualitative approaches found that there was a positive relationship between the use of cellular payment applications on the non-financial performance of SMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic but were not significant.
