Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi kebermanfaatan, persepsi kemudahan, kualitas informasi, dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap penggunaan e-filing dengan pemahaman internet sebagai variabel moderating. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer sebagai sumber data. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Data yang berhasil terkumpul adalah sebanyak 36 kuesioner. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah Moderated Regression Analysis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil pengujian menujukkan bahwa persepsi kebermanfaatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan e-filing. Persepsi kemudahan, kualitas informasi dan kepuasan pengguna masing-masing berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan e-filing. Sedangkan pemahaman internet tidak mampu memperkuat pengaruh persepsi kebermanfaatan, persepsi kemudahan, kualitas informasi dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap penggunaan e-filing.
English Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, information quality and user satisfaction on the use of e-filing with internet skill the as moderating variable. This study applies quantitative methods and uses primary data as the data source. The samples of 36 questionnaires are selected through convenience sampling technique, and are analyzed by Moderated Regression Analysis using SPSS software. The test results reveal that perceived usefulness has no effect on the use of e-filing; perceived ease of use, quality of information and user satisfaction respectively have a positive effect on the use of e-filing; whilst, internet skill is unlikely to strenghten the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, information quality and user satisfaction on the use of e-filing.
