Abstract
"This research was conducted at Cowindo ecotourism, located in Sendang Subdistrict, Tulungagung Regency on February 23 to May 10, 2020. The purpose of this study were to know the Cowindo’s profile, the financial performance and added value of pasteurized milk. Primary data were collected by survey with structured questionnaire to carry out interview, while secondary data were available on Cowindo ecotourism. Data were analysed by rescriptive technique using economic equations (profit, R/C ratio and profit margin). Result showed that Cowindo ecotourism consists of several units, namely: milk and processed units, canteen units, educational units, outbond units, even units, counters, shuttle and transport units with the largest incomen (31%) prodided by the milk and processed unit. Cowindo represented the best financial performance in the year of 2019 with the capability in maximizing profit about two-third of total revenue (profit margin = 69%) and this suitable enterprise (R/C ratio = 1,3) can be developed in the future. Pasteurized milk of Cowindo indicated the high value adding category about 68%. Key words: Profit margin, R/C ratio, Value Added"
