Respondents in this study were village officials, religious leaders, community leaders, and fishermen. As for the data analysis, this research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis of the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model. It is not clear since when the sea anchoring on Sine Beach was carried out. This tradition has existed since the time of the ancestors and was passed down from generation to generation since Sine Beach was occupied by the community. The background of the holding of this sea anchor is as a form of gratitude for the fishing community to Allah SWT because every time they go to sea they always get abundant catches and the fishing community also believes that with the implementation of this sea anchor they can avoid all supernatural disturbances because the fishing community of Sine Beach still believe in the ancestors and rulers of the south coast sea besides the customs of the Sine Beach community also have a belief in supernatural powers in carrying out all activities at sea. But even though people believe in the existence of supernatural beings, they do not carry out the procession of carrying out the sea anchor. They only respect each other. The implementation of the sea harbor tradition is also thick with rituals and prayers before the offerings to the middle of the sea led by religious leaders who already understand very well how to carry out the sea anchor tradition. Fishermen's perception of the Labuh Laut tradition is almost the same regarding the importance of its implementation, both young and older fishermen. Where this tradition is an ancestral heritage tradition that has existed for a long time as a form of human gratitude to God for the abundance of fish in the sea. This tradition also aims to ask for permission as a sense of community respect for marine inhabitants such as jinn and so on and acknowledge the existence of these creatures and live side by side with these creatures so as not to interfere with human life. The fishermen think that this tradition is very important to be carried out for the good and the welfare of the fishermen and the community. If this tradition is not carried out, it will be a disaster. So the tradition must be carried out regardless of the obstacles. The implementation of the Labuh Laut tradition is routinely carriedx out every year. So it can be said that the existence or existence of this Labuh Laut tradition still exists today. The existence or existence of the Labuh Laut market tradition on Sine Beach can be said to still exist or still exist because the participation of the surrounding community is very active in various activities in Labuh Laut, although there have been changes in the concept of implementation due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
