Abstract
"Dalam sebuah negara investasi sangat penting untuk membangun perekonomian, perusahaan memiliki peran yang besar dalam membangun negara serta menyokong pertumbuhan ekonomi salah satunya melalui output yang dihasilkan sehingga perusahaan perlu terus melakukan ekspansi agar outputnya meningkat. Untuk melalukan ekspansi tentu memerlukan dana yang besar sehingga perusahaan dapat memanfaatkan pasar keuangan untuk memperoleh dana dari investor dengan menerbitkan obligasi ataupun sukuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerbitan obligasi dan sukuk terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia pada periode 2012-2019. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerbitan obligasi dan sukuk yang hanya dilakukan oleh korporasi saja, karena korporasi memiliki peran yang sangat besar dalam pembangunan perekonomian negara. Untuk itu korporasi perlu terus dipicu perkembangannya dengan menyediakan alternatif pembiayaan guna membantu meningkatkan produktifitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data time series yang bersumber dari OJK dan BPS. Temuan yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu obligasi korporasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan sukuk korporasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia pada periode penelitian.
English Abstract
In a nation, investment is very important to build the economy. Companies have a huge role in developing the country and supporting economic growth, such as through the output produced. Thus, companies need to continue to expand to make their output increases. To conduct expansion, it requires large funds. Companies can take advantage of the financial market to obtain funds from investors by issuing bonds or sukuk. This research aimed to determine the effect of the issuance of bonds and sukuk on Indonesia's economic growth in the period of 2012-2019. This research focused on the issuance of bonds and sukuk that are only carried out by corporations because corporations have a very large role in the development of the country's economy. Therefore, corporations need to continue to be triggered by their development by providing alternative financing to assist in increasing their productivity. This research used a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis methods. The type of data used was time series data sourced from Financial Service Authority (OJK) and Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The findings of this research showed that corporate bonds had a significant effect on economic growth, while corporate sukuk had no significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth in the research period.
