Abstract

"ANALISA OPTIMASI IRIGASI PADA DAERAH IRIGASI ALOPOHU KABUPATEN GORONTALO DENGAN PROGRAM DINAMIK DETERMINISTIK Abstrak Kabupaten Gorontalo mempunyai luas wilayah daratan seluas 2.125,47 km. Potensi Lahan pada tahun 2015 di Kabupaten Gorontalo mencapai 13.958 hektar. Subsektor tanaman bahan makanan yang meliputi tanaman padi, ubi kayu, jagung, ubi jalar, kacang kedelai dan kacang tanah, buah dan sayuran merupakan salah satu bagian pada sektor pertanian. Model Sine Product di gunakan untuk menghitung nilai-nilai pada tabel akibat. Dilakukan dua proses dalam melakukan penelitian ini, yaitu (1) membuat (menghitung) Tabel Akibat, dan (2) menerapkan model Program Dinamik untuk optimasi alokasi air irigasi secara spasial antar petak irigasi. Dengan menggunakan program dinamik di hasil Rp29.667.765.046, dimana produksi gabah sebesar 6.593ton gabah. Hasil panen tersebut dihasilkan hanya dengan luas sawah sebesar 1538 ha. Dengan nilai perbandingan sebagai berikut: Hasil panen per ha, kondisi eksisting: kondisi setelah di optimasi; 3,90 ton/ha: 4,2867 ton/ha. The food crop subsector, which includes rice, maize, cassava, sweet potato, peanuts and soybeans, fruits and vegetables is one of the sub-sectors in the agricultural sector. To be able to calculate the values from the Result Table in this study, an Irrigation Production Function is used in the form of a Sine Product model. The research process was carried out in two parts, namely (1) creating (calculating) the Effect Table, and (2) applying the Dynamic Program model to optimize the spatial allocation of irrigation water between irrigation plots. By using a dynamic program, the result is IDR 29,667,765,046, where the production of unhulled rice is 6,593 tons of unhulled rice. The yields were produced only with a rice field area of 1538 ha.
