Abstract
"The domestic broiler business in Indonesia has good prospects and is quite bright. This condition is indicated by the opening of new restaurants, restaurants and supermarkets which are increasing, increasing population, increasing public awareness of nutrition fulfillment, increasing community needs at certain times. Pasuruan Regency is one of the contributors to broilers both in East Java and at the national level. However, currently native chicken breeders in Pasuruan Regency cannot meet market demand. The objectives of this study are divided into five, namely; 1) analyze and develop strategies based on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the supply of native chicken meat in Pasuruan Regency, 2) analyze the minimization of transportation costs and optimization of the selling price of native chicken in Pasuruan, 3) analyze the prediction of the availability and demand of native chicken in Pasuruan Regency in 2018-2022, 4) analyzing the performance of free-range chicken meat in Pasuruan Regency, and 5) make a supply chain management planning model for native chicken meat in Pasuruan Regency. The research methods used in this research are; 1) SWOT analysis using IFAS, EFAS and quadrant determination, 2) transportation cost minimization using Vogel approximation model and maximum selling price using linear programming, 3) availability fulfillment analysis and demand for native chicken meat using ANN in Pasuruan Regency in 2018-2022, and 4) analysis of strategies for improving the performance of domestic chicken SCM using SCOR with the AHP method, and 5) analysis of making supply chain management planning models for native chicken meat in Pasuruan Regency. The sample used was 50 respondents consisting of 35 native chicken breeders, 5 collectors and 10 free-range chicken slaughterhouses in Pasuruan Regency. The results showed that: 1) the strategies used for the three actors in SCM of free-range chicken meat (breeders, collectors, and RPA) were in quadrant 3 by doing the WT strategy and the position of the quadrant in the IE matrix in quadrant IX; 2) the maximum selling price of native chicken based on linear programming analysis from 3 sub-districts (Beji, Gempol, Rejoso) to 7 regions (Pasuruan Regency, Malang City, Sidoarjo Regency, Surabaya City, Gresik Regency, Pontianak City, Pangkaraya City) is IDR. 28.100/kg and the minimum cost of transportation of free-range chicken meat from 3 sub-districts (Beji, Gempol, Rejoso) to 7 regions (Pasuruan Regency, Malang City, Sidoarjo Regency, Surabaya City, Gresik Regency, Pontianak City, Pangkaraya City) is IDR. 3.807.000,-/48 quintal ; 3) increase in supply and demand for native chicken meat at local chicken collectors and RPA will increase during 2018-2022 by 497.73 tons (0.8%) from 2018 of 62,318.77 tons to 2022 of 62,816.5 tons ; 4) improving the SCM performance of native chicken meat is more emphasized on the make process and 5) planning model for domestic chicken meat supply chain management in Pasuruan Regency by recommending the SCM free-range chicken meat model "
