Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui disparitas pendapatan serta faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhinya di Wilayah Pengembangan Probolinggo–Lumajang pada periode 2010-2019. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni analisis deskriptif, analisis Indeks Williamson, analisis Tipologi Klassen, dan analisis korelasi sera analisis regresi data panel dengan commond effect model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa melalui analisis deskriptif, wilayah Kota Probolinggo, Kabupaten Probolinggo dan Kabupaten Lumajang secara sektor ekonomi saling mendukung. Berdasarkan analisis Indeks Williamson diketahui bahwasanya dalam lingkup WP Probolinggo–Lumajang masih terdapat ketimpangan dengan intensitas rendah. Berdasarkan analisis Tipologi Klasen, ketiga daerah dalam WP Probolinggo–Lumajang diklasifikasikan sebagai daerah relatif tertinggal. Berdasarkan analisis korelasi yang dilakukan, laju pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Probolinggo sebagai pusat wilayah pertumbuhan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap laju pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah pendukungnya Sedangkan melalui analisis regresi data panel, secara parsial variabel Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan dan linier terhadap terjadinya disparitas pendapatan di Wilayah Pengembangan Probolinggo–Lumajang
English Abstract
This study aims to determine the income disparity and the factors that influence it in the Probolinggo–Lumajang Development Area in the 2010-2019 period. The analytical techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, Williamson Index analysis, Klassen Typology analysis, and correlation analysis as well as panel data regression analysis with the commond effect model. The results of this study indicate that through descriptive analysis, the areas of Probolinggo City, Probolinggo Regency and Lumajang Regency in the economic sector support each other. Based on the analysis of the Williamson Index, it is known that within the Probolinggo–Lumajang Development Area there is still inequality with low intensity. Based on Klasen's typology analysis, the three regions in the Probolinggo–Lumajang Development Area are classified as relatively underdeveloped areas. Based on the correlation analysis, the economic growth rate of Probolinggo City as the center of the growth area does not significantly affect the economic growth rate of the supporting areas. Meanwhile, through panel data regression analysis, partially the Human Development Index (HDI) variable is a factor that has a significant and linear effect on the occurrence of income disparities in the Probolinggo-Lumajang Development Area
