Abstract

Perubahan tutupan lahan yang menyebabkan lahan resapan air berkurang dan penyempitan badan sungai yang menyebabkan sungai meluap sehingga selalu terjadi banjir jika terjadi hujan deras. Berdasarkan siklus hidrologi banjir akan selalu terjadi, sehingga diperlukan solusi yang inovatif untuk mengatasi banjir di Kota Mojokerto. Embung merupakan konservasi air daerah cekungan disungai atau alran air dan merupakan salah satu inovasi manahan juga tampungan air yang mempunyai banyak manfaat, (Direktorat Pengelolaan Air Irigasi, Kementerian Pertanian, 2011). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk menentukan lokasi yang sesuai untuk embung dengan menggunakan hasil skoring dari analisis AHP. Bobot dari AHP akan digunakan sebagai penentu kelas klasifikasi kesesuaian lahan lokasi embung setelah overlay peta dilakukan. Kelas klasifikasi keseusian lokasi embung ada empat yaitu sesuai, cukup sesuai, kurang sesuai dan tidak sesuai. Lokasi yang sesuai memiliki total luas 4991,20 Ha atau 24,69% dari total luas Kota Mojokerto yang tersebar di 18 kelurahan. Kelurahan dengan luas lokasi sesuai dan sangat sesuai terbesar adalah Kelurahan Kedundung yang berada di sebelah barat Kota Mojokerto. Lokasi embung potensial dengan tampungan alami pada klasifikasi lahan sesuai ada 15 titik, dengan total volume tampungan 524611,49 m3. Pembangunan embung di Kota Mojokerto efektif dalam mengatasi banjir, karena dapat mengurangi genangan banjir hingga 85,34%. Lima belas titik lokasi embung potensial sudah sesuai dengan RDTR Kota Mojokerto Tahun 2018-2038, yang erletak pada guna lahan pertanian.

Abdul Wahid Hasyim, MSP. dan Dr. Eng. Donny Harisuseno, ST., MT. Changes in land cover that caused water catchment areas to decrease and narrowing of river bodies can cause rivers to overflow and floods always happened when heavy rains occur. Based on the hydrological cycle, floods will always occur, so innovative solutions are needed to overcome flooding in Mojokerto City. Retention basin is a water conservation area near a river or water flow and is one of the innovations for managing water reservoirs that have many benefits (Directorate of Irrigation Water Management, Ministry of Agriculture, 2011). This research was conducted to determine the appropriate location for the reservoir by using the scoring results from the AHP analysis. The weight of the AHP will be used as a determinant of the land suitability classification class of the reservoir location after the map overlay is carried out.There are four classification classes for the suitability of the location of the reservoir, suitable, quite suitable, less suitable and not suitable. The suitable location has a total area of 6704 Ha or 33.16% of the total area of Mojokerto City which is spread over 18 urban villages. The village with the largest suitable and most suitable location area is Kedundung Village, which is located in the west of Mojokerto City. The location of potential retention basin with natural reservoirs on the suitable land classification has 15 spots, with a total storage volume of 524611.49 m3. The construction of a reservoir in Mojokerto City is effective in dealing with flooding, because it can reduce flood inundation by up to 85.34%. Fifteen potential reservoir locations are in accordance with the Mojokerto City RDTR 2018-2038, which are located on agricultural land use.
