Abstract

Perusahaan Jasa Pertambangan perusahaan di bidang jasa pertambangan yang memiliki bidang usaha di bidang penambangan terbatas pada kegiatan pengupasan lapisan batuan atau tanah penutup, subbidang penggalian, pemuatan, dan pemindahan lapisan batuan/tanah penutup dengan atau tanpa peledakan. Dari tahun 2014 hingga tahun 2020, pendapatan perusahaan mengalami stagnasi dan tidak pernah mencapai target setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan matriks IFE, matriks EFE, matriks IE, matriks SWOT, dan QSPM untuk melakukan perumusan strategi yang sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan. Penelitian dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi perusahaan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada perusahaan dan customer. Dimana empat strategi yang yang direkomendasikan adalah menambah proyek penambangan di area kerja Perusahaan Semen, menggunakan pemasok dan subcontractor yang menawarkan harga murah untuk efisiensi biaya, mempertahankan tingkat penerapan K3 dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup dan melakukan riset peluang terhadap proyek yang potensial secara berkala.

English Abstract

Mining Services Company is one of the companies in the mining sector which is limited to the activities of stripping rock or overburden, sub-sectors, loading, and removing rock/soil with or without explosion. Apart from that, there is also consultation, planning and implementation in the transportation sector, sub-sector using trucks in the mineral and coal mining project environment. Currently, the company has one partner, namely the Cement Company, which focuses on mining cement raw materials, namely limestone, clay, and laterite soil. From 2014 to 2020, the company's revenue stagnated and never reached the target every year. In addition, the company's profits decreased. This is caused by various factors, ranging from a decrease in production targets that reduce the company's productivity to the absence of a strategy that can significantly increase the company's revenue. This research uses the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSPM to formulate strategies that are in accordance with company conditions. The research begins by identifying and measuring internal and external factors that influence the company by distributing questionnaires to the company and its customers. The data is then processed using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix and the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix. Then, to determine the company's position, the Internal-External (IE) matrix and the -Strengths-WeaknessOpportunities-Threats (SWOT) matrix are used to match the alternative strategies. The last stage, to determine the most recommended alternative strategy, used the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). After identifying, there are 19 internal factors and 23 external factors that affect the company. Internal factors consist of strength which amounts to 13 factors and weakness which amounts to 6 factors. Then for external factors, there are 15 opportunities and 9 threats. After processing with the IFE matrix, the value obtained is 2.557 and from the EFE matrix the value is 3.093. Based on the identified conditions, 7 alternative strategies were produced in the strategy formulation in this study. Then all alternative strategies are processed using QSPM and produce the right strategy to be recommended to the company. Where the four recommended strategies are adding mining projects in the Cement Company's work area, using suppliers and subcontractors that offer low prices for cost efficiency, maintaining the level of implementation of K3 and environmental management and conducting research on opportunities for potential projects on a regular basis.
