Abstract
Malang Raya dikenal sebagai pilihan destinasi wisata terkenal di Indonesia. Data statistik dari Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Malang menunjukkan bahwa wisatawan yang berkunjung ke kota Malang meningkat sepanjang tahun 2016 hingga 2018. Peningkatan tersebut berawal dari pertumbuhan tempat wisata yang bertemakan wisata alam, heritage, dan juga makanan. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem ,dalam hal ini aplikasi, sebagai referensi wisata di Malang Raya. Pada tahun 2019, telah dilakukan dua penelitian serupa oleh Jodie Rizky Hidayat di kota Batu dan Ricky Irfandy di area Malang. Pendekatan rekomendasi yang mereka lakukan adalah melalui masukan secara individual. Dalam penelitian ini, aplikasi berfokus pada pendekatan rekomendasi secara berkelompok. Karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan teori Group Decision Support System. Besaran nilai rekomendasi didapat dari penggunaan teori TOPSIS-Borda. Setelah melakukan implementasi, aplikasi diuji dengan tiga pengujian. Pengujian tersebut dilakukan dengan metode White-Box, metode Black Box, menguji manual algoritme, dan uji dari sisi usability. Dari pengujian tersebut, didapatkan bahwa aplikasi berjalan sesuai dengan spesifikasi dengan nilai valid 100%, dan algoritme berjalan sesuai dengan perhitungan manual. Dari pengujian usability diketahui bahwa aplikasi dapat diterima oleh pengguna dengan hasil skor sebesar 72.5.
English Abstract
Malang Raya is known as a choice of famous tourist destinations in Indonesia. Statistics from the Department of Culture and Tourism of the City of Malang show that tourists visiting the city of Malang increased from 2016 to 2018. The increase began with the growth of tourist attractions with natural, heritage, and food attractions. Therefore, we need a system, in this case, the application, as a tourist reference in Malang. In 2019, two similar studies were conducted by Jodie Rizky Hidayat in Batu and Ricky Irfandy in the Malang area. The recommendation approach they take is through individual input. In this study, the application focuses on the recommendation approach in groups. Therefore, this study uses the Group Decision Support System theory. The magnitude of the value of recommendations obtained from the use of the TOPSIS-Borda theory. After implementing, the application is tested with three tests. The test is done by the White-Box method, Black-Box method, testing the algorithm manual, and testing in terms of usability. From these tests, it was found that the application runs according to specifications with a valid value of 100%, and the algorithm runs according to manual calculations. From usability testing, it is known that the application can be accepted by users with a score of 72.5.
