Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap konsumen untuk menggunakan DANA sebagai dompet mobile yang disediakan oleh PT Espay Debit Indonesia Koe kepada penggunanya berdasarkan faktor-faktor dari teori Technology Acceptance Model dan faktor lainnya yang mempengaruhi adopsi teknologi. Data penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan model persamaan structural (SEM) berdasarkan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode survey, yaitu kuesioner. Responden adalah 371 mahasiswa S1 aktif dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Brawijaya. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Persepsi Kegunaan, Persepsi Kemudahan, Kepercayaan, dan Kompatibilitas Gaya Hidup berpengaruh positif terhadap sikap penggunaan DANA. Sebaliknya, Persepsi Keamanan tidak memengaruhi sikap penggunaan DANA. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi Persepsi Kegunaan, Persepsi Kemudahan, Kepercayaan, dan Kompatibilitas Gaya Hidup, semakin tinggi sikap terhadap penggunaan DANA.
English Abstract
This research aims to explain the factors which influence the attitude towards using DANA as mobile wallet provided by PT Espay Debit Indonesia Koe based on factors from Technology Acceptance Model theory and other relevant factors which influence technology adoption. The data from this research are analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The data are collected by employing a survey method (questionnaires). The respondents comprise of 371 active undergraduate students from Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Brawijaya. The results of this research indicate that attitude towards using DANA is significantly and positively influenced by Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Trust, and Lifestyle Compatibility. In contrast, Perceived Security does not affect the attitude towards using DANA. Thus, it can be concluded that higher Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Trust, and Lifestyle Compatibility will highly affect the attitude towards using DANA.
