Abstract
anan kompetitif yang terdapat didalam dunia bisnis membuat perusahaan atau organisasi untuk memperhatikan secara detail strategi atau rencana yang diterapkan. Sebelum bersaing dengan kompetitor, perusahaan perlu mengetahui baik atau buruknya kinerja perusahaan. CV Bagus Agriseta Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri makanan ringan dan minuman. Dalam proses pemesanan bahan baku, perusahaan sering kali mengalami ketidaksesuaian jumlah bahan baku yang sesuai spesifikasi. Selain itu, kegiatan pengiriman bahan baku juga sering mengalami keterlambatan. Pada kegiatan produksi, perusahaan memiliki permasalahan mengenai jumlah produksi yang tidak sesuai target. Selain itu, perusahaan juga mengalami permasalahan keterlambatan pengiriman produk kepada retailer. Kemudian, terdapat banyaknya jumlah produk yang dikembalikan (return). Oleh karena itu, perusahaan memerlukan adanya sistem pengukuran kinerja secara menyeluruh mulai dari hulu sampai ke hilir untuk setiap produk yang diproduksi CV Bagus Agriseta Mandiri. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi perusahaan dan menentukan perbaikan terhadap kinerja yang buruk. Pengukuran kinerja supply chain dilakukan berdasarkan lima proses inti Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Lalu, kegiatan scoring system dilakukan dengan menggunakan Objective Matrix (OMAX) dan Traffic Light System (TLS) untuk mengetahui kondisi kinerja perusahaan. Kemudian, penentuan bobot Key Performance Indicator (KPI) pada Objective Matrix dilakukan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kinerja supply chain pada CV Bagus Agriseta Mandiri didapatkan nilai indikator kinerja total sebesar 6,15. Pada Traffic Light System (TLS), nilai indikator kinerja berada pada kategori kuning, artinya secara keseluruhan perusahaan masih belum mencapai target yang ditetapkan perusahaan, namun telah mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan dengan periode sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kinerja setiap KPI menggunakan scoring system OMAX dan TLS, diketahui bahwa terdapat KPI yang termasuk dalam kategori hijau sebanyak 38 KPI, kategori kuning sebanyak 17 KPI, dan kategori merah sebanyak 7 KPI. KPI yang termasuk dalam kategori merah mengindikasikan bahwa KPI tersebut memiliki kinerja yang jauh dari target yang telah ditetapkan dan mengalami penurunan kinerja dibandingkan periode sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan analisis terhadap akar permasalahan dan pemberian rekomendasi perbaikan terhadap KPI yang termasuk dalam kategori merah (buruk).
English Abstract
he competitive pressure in the business world makes organizations or companies to pay attention to the details of the implemented strategies. Before competing with competitors, a company need to know its performance. CV Bagus Agriseta Mandiri is a company that produce snacks and beverages. In ordering raw materials, companies found a mismatch in the amount of raw materials that meet specifications in several times. then, the delivery of raw materials is also delayed several times. In production activities, there are problems regarding the amount of production that is not on target. In product distribution activities to retailers, the problem that occurs is the delay in sending products to retailers. Then, there is a large number of products returned. Therefore, it is necessary to have a comprehensive performance measurement system from upstream to downstream for each product of the CV Bagus Agriseta Mandiri. It aims to determine the condition of the company and determine improvements for the bad performance. Supply chain performance measurement carried out based on five core Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) processes. To find out the condition of company performance, a scoring system is used using the Objective Matrix (OMAX) and Traffic Light System (TLS). Then, the weight of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) on the Objective Matrix is carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Based on the overall supply chain performance measurement results at CV Bagus Agriseta Mandiri, a total performance indicator value of 6.15 was obtained. Based on the Traffic Light System (TLS), the value of performance indicators is in the yellow category, which means the company has not reached the target set by the company but has a better performance compared to the previous period. Based on the results of performance measurements for each KPI using the OMAX and TLS scoring system, there are 38 KPI included in the green category, 17 KPI in the yellow category, and 7 KPI in the red category. KPIs that are included in the red category indicate that the KPI’s performance is far from the target set and has decreased in performance compared to the previous period. Therefore, an analysis of the root causes and recommendations for improvements to the KPI are included in the red (bad) category has conducted.
