Abstract
Pemerintah Kabupaten Malang melalui Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah tahun 2016-2021 merumuskan strategi dan kebijakan untuk menopang pembangunan daerah salah satunya melalui pengembangan sektor pariwisata. Hal tersebut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan tingkat popularitas destinasi-destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Malang menuju tingkat nasional maupun internasional serta memberikan manfaat ekonomi kepada masyarakat di sekitar destinasi wisata salah satunya melalui konsep desa wisata. Desa Bayem adalah salah satu desa di Kecamatan Kasembon Kabupaten Malang yang ditetapkan menjadi desa wisata sejak tahun 2014. Untuk menjamin agar sasaran pengembangan desa menjadi desa wisata yaitu untuk mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat desa, maka perlu dilakukan penilaian terhadap kesiapan desa wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan Desa Bayem sebagai desa wisata. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analytical hierarchy process (AHP) dan skoring. Metode AHP dilakukan untuk mengetahui bobot prioritas kriteria dan indikator kesiapan desa wisata yang diajukan kepada responden ahli sedangkan metode skoring digunakan untuk mengetahui kesiapan Desa Bayem sebagai desa wisata yang diajukan kepada stakeholder kunci yang memahami perkembangan pembangunan Desa Bayem. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kriteria kesiapan daya tarik termasuk dalam tingkat kesiapan rendah (TSR), kriteria sarana dan prasarana termasuk dalam tingkat kesiapan sedang (TSS), dan kriteria masyarakat termasuk dalam tingkat kesiapan tinggi (TST).
English Abstract
The Government of Malang Regency through the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan 2016-2021 formulates strategies and policies to support regional development through the development of the tourism sector. It is needed to increase the level of popularity of tourist destinations in Malang Regency towards national and international levels as well as providing economic benefits to the communities around tourist destinations one of them is through the concept of a tourism village. Bayem Village is one of the villages in Kasembon District, Malang Regency which has been inaugurated as a tourims village since 2014. To ensure that the target of village development into a tourism village is to achieve the welfare of the village community, it is necessary to assess the readiness of the tourism village. This study aims to determine the level of readiness of Bayem Village as a tourism village. The method used in this research is analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and scoring. AHP method is used to determine the priority weight of criteria and indicators of tourism village readiness submitted to expert respondents while scoring method is used to determine the readiness of Bayem Village as a tourism village proposed to key stakeholders who understand the development of Bayem Village. Based on the results of the study, the criteria for tourism attraction readiness are included in the low readiness level (LRL), the criteria for facilities and infrastructure are included in the medium readiness level (MRL), and the community criteria are included in the high readiness level (HRL).
