Abstract

Kelurahan Jatimulyo termasuk salah satu wilayah yang memiliki jumlah penderita DBD tertinggi di Kota Malang. Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) ditularkan melalui vektor nyamuk Aedes aegypti, dan Aedes albopictus. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi nyamuk diurnal, larva yang ditemukan pada lokasi in door dan out door serta menganalisis distribusi nyamuk vektor DBD di Kelurahan Jatimulyo, Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Malang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada November 2019 hingga Mei 2020. Sampling dilaksanakan pada 1 rumah di setiap RW yang ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan dilaksanakan pada saat jam aktif menghisap darah oleh nyamuk (07.00-17.00 WIB). Nyamuk fase larva dan imago ditangkap pada lokasi in door dan out door selanjutnya dilakukan identifikasi menggunakan buku Pedoman survei entomologi DBD dan kunci identifikasi nyamuk Aedes. Survei mengenai Tempat Penampungan Air (TPA), predator untuk larva dan nyamuk, serta mobilitas penduduk dilakukan dengan metode wawancara pada pemilik rumah. Faktor abiotik yang diukur meliputi suhu, intensitas cahaya, kelembaban relatif, dan kecepatan angin. Titik koordinat direkam dengan GPS. Analisis data menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2010, SPSS 16.0 dan QGIS 3.12.1. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa ada dua nyamuk Ae. albopictus di titik sampling RW 1 dan satu nyamuk Ae. aegypti di titik sampling RW 9. Larva Ae. albopictus ditemukan di titik sampling RW 6 dan RW 8, sedangkan larva Ae. aegypti ditemukan di titik sampling RW 7. Distribusi nyamuk Ae. aegypti dan Ae. albopictus dapat dipengaruhi oleh nilai kelimpahan nyamuk, nilai Larva Index, jumlah predator, jumlah TPA, usia dan mobilitas penduduk.

English Abstract

Jatimulyo Sub-district is one of the highest areas of DHF sufferers in Malang City. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is transmitted through the Ae. aegypti and Ae. albopictus (the mosquito vectors). This study aims to identify diurnal mosquitoes at in door and out door place and to analyze the distribution of DHF vector mosquitoes in Jatimulyo Village, Lowokwaru Sub-district, Malang. This research conducted in November 2019 until May 2020. Sampling of mosquito and larvae was carried out in 1 house/hamlet, there was determined using purposive sampling method and it carried out within active mosquito bitting hours (7.00 a.m - 5.00 p.m). Larvae and imago were captured at in-door and out-door places then there were identified using Guidelines book for DHF entomology surveys and the identification book of Aedes (in bahasa). The survey of larvae & mosquito predators on container, and population mobility were carried out by interviewing homeowners. Abiotic factors measured include of temperature, light intensity, humidity, and wind speed. The location coordinates were recorded with GPS. Data analysis using Microsoft Excel 2010, SPSS 16.0 and QGIS 3.12.1. The results showed that there were 2 mosquitoes Ae. albopictus at the RW 1 outdoor sampling point and one Ae. aegypti at RW 9 outdoor. Larvae Ae. albopictus was found in the sampling points of RW 6 and RW 8 indoor, whereas Ae. aegypti was found at the sampling point RW 7 indoor. The distribution of Ae. aegypti and Ae. albopictus mosquitoes can be influenced by mosquito abundance value, Larva Index value, number of predators, number of container, age population of resident, and mobility of residen
