Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui E-Servicescape, Trus and Purchase Intention pada aplikasi Tokopedia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan atau membuktikan hubungan atau pengaruh antar variabel independen dan dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 300 responden, responden adalah mahasiswa pengunjung aplikasi Tokopedia di Universitas Brawijaya yang mengunjungi Tokopedia minimal 1 kali dan berusia lebih atau sama dengan 17 tahun. Analisis data menggunakan partial Least Square (PLS) dan dibantu oleh software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil analisis yang didapat dalam penelitian adalah Aesthetic Appeal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Trust, Layout and Functionality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Trust, Financial Security berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Trust, Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention.

English Abstract

This study aims to determine E-Servicescape, Trust, and Purchase Intention in application Tokopedia. This type of research is explanatory research that explains or proves the relationship or influence between independent and dependent variables. The population of his study was the students of Brawijaya University who have visited Tokopedia with a minimum of 1-time and has aged ≥ 17. This sample in this research is 300 respondents. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software (Partial Least Square). The results found that aesthetic appeal has a significant and positive effect on trust, layout and functionality has a significant and positive effect on trust, financial security has a significant and positive effect on trust, and trust has a significant and positive effect on purchase intention.
