Abstract
Dalam pengendalian persediaan kayu dibutuhkan metode yang paling optimal agar mengetahui jenis kayu yang harus diprioritaskan. Dalam skripsi ini akan dibahas dua penerapan metode pengendalian persediaan kayu untuk diterapkan di Toko Kayu Barokah. Pertama, Ng-model merupakan salah satu metode pada analisis ABC multi-criteria untuk pengklasifikasian barang yang menggunakan lebih dari satu kriteria dalam perhitungannya. Pada pengklasifikasian kayu dengan metode Ng-model diperoleh hasil yaitu kelas A sejumlah 2 item, kelas B sejumlah 6 item, dan kelas C sejumlah 22 item. Kedua, setelah dilakukan pengklasifikasian dengan metode Ng-model, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metode Economic Order Quantity Multi-Item untuk menentukan total biaya persediaan minimum pada masing-masing jenis kayu. Total biaya persediaan minimum 30 jenis kayu untuk tahun 2020 dengan menerapkan metode Economic Order Quantity Multi-Item adalah sebesar Rp 2.651.792.915,80.
English Abstract
In controlling wood supplies, the most optimal method is needed in order to find out the type of wood that must be prioritized. In this thesis we will discuss two applications of wood inventory control methods to be applied at the Barokah Wood Store. First, Ng-model is one of the methods in ABC multi-criteria analysis for the classification using more than one criterion in its calculations. In the classification of wood with the Ng-model method the results obtained are class A with 2 items, class B with 6 items, and class C with 22 items. Second, after classifying the Ng-model method, then proceed with the Economic Order Quantity Multi-Item method to determine the total minimum inventory cost for each type of wood. The total minimum inventory cost of 30 types of wood for 2020 by applying the Multi-Item Economic Order Quantity method is Rp 2.651.792.915,80.
