Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada implementasi dari program smart city yang dijalankan di Kota Depok yang sudah berjalan dari tahun 2015. Awal dari implementasi smart city adalah program terusan dari Depok Cyber City yang di mulai pada tahun 2013, namun program ini masih belum maksimal dan menyeluruh karena tidak dapat mengatasi masalah perkotaan modern yang ada saat ini, seperti kepadatan penduduk, pengoptimalan administrasi publik, hingga masalah-masalah lingkungan dan juga pendidikan maupun kesehatan. Pada pelaksanaannya pemerintah Kota Depok pada awalnya langsung memiliki fokus pada infrastruktur yang dimiliki oleh Kota Depok, dengan memperbaiki dan menambah infrastruktur. Pemerintah juga menyiapkan tiga konsep hubungan pada smart city ini, yaitu Government to Government, Government to Bussiness, Government to Public. Namun pada realitanya program kota cerdas ini masih belum berjalan maksimal dikarenakan masih adanya kerancuan dalam melaksanakannya dan juga infrastruktur yang belum sepenuhnya terpenuhi. Seperti, regulasi hukum yang baru disahkan pada tahun 2019 kemarin, sosialisasi yang kurang terhadap masyarakat, serta pembuatan infrastruktur yang baru dilaksanakan, selain itu para perangkat terkait juga belum terkordinasi dengan baik.
English Abstract
This research focuses on the implementation of the smart city program which has been running in Depok City, which has been running since 2015. The initial implementation of the smart city is the canal program from Depok Cyber City which began in 2013, but this program is still not optimal and comprehensive because it is not can overcome modern urban problems that exist today, such as population density, optimization of public administration, to environmental problems and also education and health. In its implementation the Depok City government initially had a direct focus on the infrastructure of the City of Depok, by improving and adding infrastructure. The government is also preparing three relationship concepts in this smart city, namely Government to Government, Government to Business, Government to Public. But in reality the smart city program is still not running optimally because there is still confusion in implementing it and also infrastructure that has not been fully met. Like, the new legal regulation passed in 2019 yesterday, lack of socialization to the community, as well as the creation of new infrastructure, in addition to that the related instruments are also not well coordinated.
