Abstract
Kecamatan Pandaan adalah kecamatan dengan pembebasan lahan terbesar untuk pembangunan jalan tol di Kabupaten Pasuruan, dengan lahan yang dibebaskan terbanyak adalah lahan pertanian. Alih fungsi lahan tersebut berdampak kepada beralihnya fungsi lahan pertanian menjadi non-pertanian, serta merubah karakteristik wilayah perdesaan menjadi perkotaan. Banyak petani pemilik lahan pertanian pangan yang tidak tergiur oleh nilai ganti rugi yang ditawarkan pemerintah. Sikap mempertahankan lahan tersebut selain berkaitan dengan insentif, juga berkaitan erat dengan Place Attachment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur seberapa kuat keterikatan penduduk dengan desa/kelurahan di Kecamatan Pandaan dan mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi keinginan penduduk dalam mempertahankan lahan pertanian. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh petani pemilik lahan pertanian pangan di Kecamatan Pandaan yang masih mempertahankan lahannya. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perhitungan indeks Place Attachment, analisis CFA, dan analisis SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indeks Place Attachment di Kecamatan Pandaan secara keseluruhan memiliki nilai yang tinggi, dengan dimensi Place Attachment yang paling berpengaruh adalah Family Bonding. Terdapat hubungan siginifikan positif antara Place Attachment dengan keinginan mempertahankan lahan, dengan bobot 0,657 dan nilai R2 sebesar 31,6%, yang berarti bahwa 31,6% variasi variabel Keinginan mempertahankan lahan dapat dipengaruhi oleh Place attachment
English Abstract
Pandaan Subdistrict is the sub-district with the largest land-use change for toll road construction in Pasuruan, with the most land-use change is agricultural land. The land-use change has an impact on the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural land, and changes the characteristics of rural areas to urban areas. Many farmers land-owners are not tempted by the value of compensation offered by the government. The land owner’s attitude according to maintain the land is not only related to incentives, but also closely related to Place Attachment. The research aims to measure how strong the community’s attachment to a place in Pandaan Subdistrict and find out what factors most influence the desires of the population in maintaining agricultural land. The object of this research is all farmers who own agriculture land in Pandaan Subdistrict who still maintain their land. The analytical method used in this reseacrh are quantitative method approaches using the calculation of Place Attachment index, CFA analysis, and SEM analysis. The results od this research indicate that the overall value of Place Attachment index in Pandaan District indicates a high value, with Family Bonding as the most influential Place Attachment dimension. There is a significant positive relations between Place Attachment and The land owner’s attitude according to maintain the land, with a score’s weight of 0.657 and an R2 value of 31.6%, which means that 31.6% of the variable variations in the land owner’s attitude according to maintain the land can be influenced by the Place attachment.
