English Abstract

The research was conducted at Ayam Uleg Cak Abit Malang City starting from October, 1st to october 31th 2019. This research aims to descript the characteristics of consumers and marketing mix factors that influence purchasing decisions at Ayam Uleg Cak Abit Malang City through Grab – Food aplications. The sample used in this research were 100 respondents who had bought two to three times in Ayam Uleg Cak Abit. The method of collecting data was carried out by using a purposive sampling method with a quantitative descriptive aproach. The research method was a survey using an online questionnaire of a google form that was packaged in the form of a link. Data were analyzed by factor analysis and multiple linier regression analysis. The research showed that the characteristics of consumers who buy in Ayam Uleg Cak Abit dominated by woman, age ranging between 21 year old, and have income per month ranging of IDR 1.000.000 to IDR 1.500.000. Analysis of multiple linier regression showed that the factors affect consumers in making purchasing decisions in Ayam Uleg Cak Abit Malang City through Grab – Food application influenced primarily by income, price, physical
