Abstract
Tingkat kebutuhan pemanas air yang semakin tinggi mendorong para peneliti untuk mengembangkan sistem pemanas air. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ekspiremental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem kontrol temperatur berupa model pemanas air dengan kontrol PID berbasis Arduino Uno. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, yang dilakukan selama 3 bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PID agar mendapatkan hasil respon yang cepat. Hasil dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa hasil pengujian sistem secara keseluruhan dengan beban dan tanpa beban dengan setpoint sebesar 90 °C, maka didapatkan peak time sebesar 8 detik, maximum overshoot sebesar 0,05 %, settling time sebesar 9,2 detik, error steady state sebesar 1,55 %, dan recovery time sebesar 1,6 detik.
English Abstract
In this economy, the need of water heater is becoming more prominent. Therefore, it motivates the researchers to develop various system of water heater. Moreover, this type of research is experimental. The aim of this research is to design temperature control system by using water heater model based on Arduino Uno. Data gathering technique in this research is done by observe which implemented in 3 months. Researcher choose PID method to get a fast result. From the experiment above, it found that the overall result was found that the overall system test results with disturbance and without disturbance by using a setpoint of 90 C°, then obtained a peak time of 8 seconds, maximum overshoot of 0,05%, settling time of 9 seconds, steady state error of 1,55%, recovery time of 1,6 seconds.
