Abstract

Gula menjadi salah satu komoditas strategis, terutama dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok menjadi sumber kalori. Pemenuhan kebutuhan gula dilakukan oleh industri. Pabrik gula (PG) di Indonesia sebanyak 62 salah satunya PG Gempolkrep. Stasiun gilingan pada produksi gula berfungsi untuk mengeluarkan nira sebanyak mungkin dari tebu dan sangat berperan dalam produktivitas gula kristal. Stasiun gilingan pada perusahaan memiliki 5 gilingan, namun pada gilingan kelima sering mengalami kerusakan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dilakukan pengukuran tingkat efektivitas pada stasiun gilingan. Pengukuran efektivitas mesin yang dapat diimplementasikan pada stasiun gilingan PG Gempolkrep yaitu metode Total Effective Equipment Performance (TEEP) yang dihitung dari utilization dengan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Hasil dari perhitungan efektivitas dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor dan diukur dengan six big losses. Hasil pengukuran yang memiliki persentase tertinggi dilakukan analisis dengan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Hasil tersebut dijadikan dasar penentuan kebijakan perawatan pada stasiun gilingan PG Gempolkrep. Pengukuran efektivitas mesin menunjukan dalam kondisi baik yang dilihat dari nilai OEE tahun 2017 sebesar 95.74%, 2018 sebesar 93.54%, dan periode giling 1 tahun 2019 sebesar 95.78%. Hasil pengukuran efektivitas mesin stasiun gilingan dengan metode TEEP tahun 2017 sebesar 94.08%, 2018ix sebesar 91.40%, dan periode giling 1 tahun 2019 sebesar 99.6%. Walaupun nilai OEE dan TEEP memenuhi standar JIPM, beberapa periode masa giling yang tidak memenuhi standar disebabkan oleh faktor idling and minor stoppage dan reduce speed losses. Penentuan kebijakan perawatan dapat dilakukan dengan mengindentifikasi faktor dengan analisis FTA. Usulan kebijakan perawatan yaitu melakukan PMP (Preventive Maintenance Program) secara terjadwal agar dapat melakukan pencegahan kerusakan mesin dan corrective maintenance

English Abstract

Sugar is one of the strategic commodities, especially in fullfilment basic needs as a source of calories. Fullfilment the sugar needs of the industry. As many as 62 sugar factories (PG) in Indonesia, one of them is PG Gempolkrep. The milling station in sugar production serves to remove as much sugar cane juice as possible from sugar cane and plays a major role in the productivity of crystal sugar. The mill station in the company has 5 mills, but in the fifth mill it is often damaged. Based on these problems, the level of effectiveness is measured at the mill station. Machine effectiveness measurements that can be implemented at mill stations PG Gempolkrep is Total Effective Equipment Performance (TEEP) method which is calculated from utilization with Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The results of the calculation of effectiveness can be influenced by several factors and measured by six big losses. The measurement results that have the highest percentage are analyzed by Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). The results are used as the basis for determining the maintenance policy at the PG Gempolkrep rolling station. The measurement of machine effectiveness shows in good condition which is seen from the OEE value of 2017 at 95.74%, 2018 at 93.54%, and the first milling period in 2019 at 95.78%. The results of measuring the effectiveness of the mill station with the TEEP method in 2017 amounted to 94.08%, 2018 amounting to 91.40%, and the 1st milling period in 2019xi amounting to 99.6%. Although the OEE and TEEP values meet the JIPM standard, some periods of milling periods that do not meet the standards are caused by idling and minor stoppage factors and reduce speed losses. Determination of maintenance policies can be done by identifying factors with FTA analysis. Proposed maintenance policy is to carry out a scheduled PMP (Preventive Maintenance Program) to prevent engine damage and corrective maintenance.
