Abstract

Dewasa ini, perkembangan industri tumbuh sangat cepat, terutama pada industri usaha kecil. Perkembangan industri yang pesat mengakibatkan persaingan yang semakin ketat, sehingga perusahaan berusaha untuk memaksimalkan kinerja. Terdapat 5 unit usaha kecil keripik tempe yang memiliki masalah terkait kinerja usaha yaitu Velodrom, Dua Karunia, Deny, Kiky dan Ones. Perusahaan ini terletak dikawasan Sanan, Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kinerja usaha, mengetahui model penilaian kinerja, dan menentukan alternatif strategi untuk mendapatkan kebijakan yang lebih baik menggunakan system dynamics. Penerapan metode system dynamics pada usaha kecil keripik tempe Sanan dapat membuat model pengukuran kinerja dengan mengetahui hubungan antar variabel didalam sistem, mengetahui perilaku perubahan dalam variabel sehingga dapat menentukan skenario kebijakan terbaik dengan menguji beberapa pilihan skenario. Pendekatan system dynamics dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membuat model CLD, SFD, formulasi model, simulasi model, uji verifikasi dan validasi. Hasil pengolahan model CLD terdapat 2 causal loop tertutup yaitu reinforcing loop yang diberi tanda (R) dan balancing loop yang diberi tanda (B). SFD yang didapatkan terdiri dari stock profit dan stock product inventory. Stock profit dipengaruhi oleh rate pendapatan dan rate biaya bahan baku. Stock product inventory dipengaruhi oleh rate produk dibuat dan rate produk dikirim. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga skenario alternatif, dimana alternatif ketiga merupakan alternatif terbaik dalam meningkatkan profit pada usaha kecil Velodrom sebesar 15.38%. usaha kecil Dua Karunia, peningkatan sebesar 15.63%, usaha kecil Deny sebesar 15.54%, usaha kecil Kiky sebesar 14.76%, dan usahavii kecil Ones didapatkan peningkatan profit sebesar 15.38%. Strategi perbaikan yang dapat diterapkan yaitu menekan biaya produksi, meningkatkan keterampilan karyawan, menerapkan SOP pada produksi, dan meningkatkan penjualan.

English Abstract

Nowadays, the development of the industries is growing very fast, especially in the small enterprise. Rapid industrial developments resulted in the enterprise trying to maximize performance in efforts to increase enterprise profitability. There are 5 small enterprise units is Velodrom, Dua Karunia, Deny Kiky and Ones. In these small enterprise have problems related to enterprise performance. This small enterprise produces soybean chips, located in Sanan region, Malang. The purpose of study to identify variables that influence enterprise performance, determine the performance assessment model, and determine alternative strategies to get better scenario using system dynamics methods. The application of system dynamics method on small enterprise soybean chips can be create a performance model by knowing the relationships between variables in the system, knowing the behavior of changes in variables, and determine the best scenario by testing several scenario alternative. The system dynamics approach in this study was conducted by making a CLD model, SFD model, formulation, model simulation, verification and validation test. The results of processing the CLD model used closed loop, there are reinforcing loop (R) and balancing loop (B). The SFD model obtained consists of stock profit and stock product inventory. SFD obtained consists of stock profit and stock product inventory. Stock profit is influenced by the income rate and raw material costs rate. Stock product inventory is influenced by the made product rate and product delivered rate. The results of simulation show that there are three alternative scenario, where the best scenario to increase the profit is scenario 3. The small enterprise Velodrom an increase theix profit of 15.38%. The small enterprise Dua Karunia an increase of 15.63%, the small enterprise Deny of 15.54%, the small enterprise Kiky of 14.76%, and the small enterprise Ones an increase the profit of 15.38%. The improvement strategies which should be implemented are reducing production costs, improving employee skills, implementing SOPs on production, and increasing sales.
