Abstract
Website jurusan sistem informasi merupakan sarana untuk menyampaikan segala informasi mengenai jurusan sistem informasi yang ada di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Brawijaya. Dengan adanya website jurusan sistem informasi akan memudahkan dan mempercepat dalam pencarian informasi bagi mahasiswa dan masyarakat umum yang membutuhkan segala informasi tentang jurusan sistem informasi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan kebutuhan pengguna untuk perancangan situs website jurusan sistem informasi lalu menghasilkan rancangan desain situs website sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna. Dalam perancanganya menggunakan metode Human-Centered-Design. Dalam menentukan konteks dan spesifikasi kebutuhan pengguna situs website jurusan sistem informasi dengan melalui wawancara kelompok pengguna dan masukanmasukan dari stakeholder terkait dalam pelaksanaan rapat dengan pengembang website jurusan. Berdasarkan hasil kebutuhan yang didapat dari pengguna dan stakeholder terkait menghasilkan sebuah desain awal yang kemudian mendapat masukan-masukan dari stakeholder terkait dan dilakukan perbaikan desain dan tata letak menu hingga menghasilkan desain solusi akhir. Pada desain solusi akhir dilakukan evaluasi website dimana dalam melakukan evaluasi desain menggunakan prinsip Heuristic Evaluation dan Guideline University Website Design.Dari 3 evaluator mendapatkan 18 permasalahan yang terbagi menjadi 4 permasalahan yaitu satu permasalahan cosmetic, satu permasalahan minor, 7 permasalahan major dan 9 permasalahan catasthrope, Dari rekomendasi yang diberikan evaluator akan diperbaiki dan dijadikan solusi desain situs website jurusan sistem informasi.
English Abstract
Information systems department website is a means to convey all information about information systems majors in the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Brawijaya. With the information system majors website will facilitate and speed up the search for information for students and the general public who need all the information about the information systems majors. The purpose of this study is to find the user needs for information systems website design website and then produce an information system website design website design needed by users. In its design using the Human-Centered-Design method. In determining the context and specifications of website user needs majoring in information systems through user group interviews and input from relevant stakeholders in conducting meetings with major website developers. Based on the results of the needs obtained from users and related stakeholders produce an initial design which then gets input from relevant stakeholders and improvements are made to the design and layout of the menu to produce the final design solution. In the final solution design, website evaluation is carried out in evaluating the design using the principle of Heuristic Evaluation and Guideline University Website Design. From 3 evaluators get 18 problems which are divided into 4 problems, namely one cosmetic problem, one minor problem, 7 major problems and 9 catastrophe problems, From the recommendations given by the evaluator will be corrected and used as a website design solution majoring in information systems
